SCAMMERS!!! Got a letter from this company demanding I pay the toll payment for M50 in dublin. I immediately contacted them and provided proof of payment which was from my Monzo account. They stated that the payment was for a journey that was 3 days after payment which is mental. I did have another payment for my return journey which I also provided proof of payment for. They are only accepting my proof of payment for one trip even though I supplied evidence for both. I assume they are criminals and just harass people to they scare them into payment.

Got a invoice with the date 2 november 14 days to pay, the invoice arrived to me the 30th november. Paid the invoice same day, and have now got a new invoice with extra charges. This is a scam and a letter from UK don't have a posting time for over 3 weeks. I will make a legal action

I have been fine for driving a car which i don’t own anymore in a country i have never been to, yet i receive a letter effectively saying tough… I have even sent them my dealers sales agreement, which proves I was not the owner of the car at that time. But still they denied my appeal.
Absolutely disgusting company, pay or get more fees are extortion practices.

A criminal enterprise under the guise of a PLC. The UK government needs to take action to close this company down. They are scammers and at best run by ruthless criminals profiteering from individuals with zero accountability. Google them and the BBC for more enlightenment of there so called transparency as an alleged organised crime money laundering outfit.

I was travelling to Ireland to bury my father after burying my mother the week before. I paid all the standard tolls where you actually see a classic toll boothe and swipe your card which I did multiple times. After a month or two I received a letter from EPCPLC stating I'd gone through a Dublin M50 Barrier-free toll.
I was shocked to receive this letter as I thought I'd paid all my tolls down to Southern Ireland. Having no idea I'd passed through a barrier free toll I appealed this online and was advised my case was put on hold and would be 'reviewed'.
Weeks letter after no further letters or email correspondence I receive another letter 24/10/2024 stating that my outstanding journey fee of £6.26 now has an insane additional £101.44 of arbitrary fees.
Absolutely pathetic, predatory and unprofessional communication from EPCPLC. After losing everything of value in my life in the last 3 months this is pushing me over the edge and I can't take this anymore.

I Have a County Court judgement AND a Warrant of Execution against this company. Their UK registered address is just a mailbox office and they will not engage or pay the money they owe me.
Astonishingly this is a UK FTSE 250 listed company that operates like a firm of car clamping cowboys.
Any business that uses them to secure their outstanding fines should be deeply ashamed of themselves.

In 2022, I bought a 3-day toll pass that allowed me unlimited drive through Portugal tolls. In July 2024, I received a message from this company with a fine. The thing is, my pass was valid from August 17th to 19th, and the date for the fine was August 18th.
Since then, I have opened three complaints, showing proof that the fine is incorrect and that I was legitimately circulating through tolls. However, they have ignored all evidence. They "accepted" removing the fine, but still want me to pay for the tolls on that day, referencing a "technical failure" that is definitely not on my side since I paid a full amount at the time.
Clearly this company is not doing their job, as they do not take into account any evidences you present and just keep bothering you to pay (without providing any evidence themselves).
Additionally, it is quite hard to solve any issue if you are not based in the UK. I cannot call them without incurring in ridiculous charges, and they take weeks to answer to the complaints opened through their website.
Edit: In response to the company's comment, I already sent an e-mail to that address on the same day I posted this review (of course, no answer yet).

We were absolutely incensed and outraged to receive a letter informing us of a fine for using the M50 toll road in September. We paid cash at an Applegreen services on our way there. Unfortunately I didn’t keep the receipt never expecting this to happen. We paid the fine because I know we would be bombarded with threatening letters until the end of time. Obviously there’s something very badly wrong with the system. This was our first time to us the toll road and we will NEVER,EVER use it again.

Worst Company to Deal with - I have my toll paid for and then several months later they send you a standard toll request. You would nearly think they wanted you to delete the email or evidence to show you paid. Then once you have given the case number, the reg number, the evidence, the dates everything they send it to another department - urgently! then they tell you that you will get an answer in 40 days time!!! i travelled on the m50 in Ireland but because im from the North of Ireland i have to deal with a different company!! In future i think a detour around our beautiful Isle will be the answer compared to dealing with this absolute joke of a company!!

One star since there is no zero! Some time ago (3 or four years back) I received a penalty notice (months after my trip) for alleged none payment of toll on the Dublin M50. Luckily I was able to retrieve a receipt showing I had paid. I got a reply back stating my campervan was wrongly classified as a much heavier vehicle (no apology) and this was the reason for the error. This year I got another penalty notice (this being the next time a journey took me on the M50 around Dublin) and thinking the same had happened I contacted E Flow then EPC by their circuitous pathways, asking if the same thing had happened, and got a reply saying I had not paid and the penalty started increasing. There was no reference to my query regarding previous errors on their part. Further communication by me (by registered post) included supplying details of my van as per tax book, and details of penalty notices (indicating a much heavier vehicle such as an articulated lorry, with a correspondingly more expensive charge applied) which clearly showed the same mistake had happened again. They reduced the penalty which I have now paid to get these bully-boy parasites off my back. At no time have they attempted to answer my queries. Letters to E Flow have been ignored. It seems they have ignored the facts of this case which I have outlined at length. Is my small camper still wrongly classified? MORAL - KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE SLAVES TO THE COMPUTER WHICH SAYS NO!! Truly awful customer relations.

I was driving in Portugal as a German who is living in Sweden. Letter arrived in Sweden - so far so good. It seemed I should pay for road tolls in Portugal, but during the extremely mindless conversation through their website, I had to find out that it was not about road tolls, but a violation against the road traffic regulations. What kind of violation, I have no idea and they don't tell. The fine mainly was a late fee while the actual fine was the least part of the sum.
When I wanted to pay, I found that EPCPLC has no IBAN number. Nowhere on their website, not in the letter, not in the conversation. I then asked several times for an IBAN bank account number as I am not a Swede and I cannot make a bank transfer to a swedish Bankgirot number. The company should know about this, and when taking a huge contract, they should know that there may be people living in Sweden who are not Swedes. But it was like talking to a stupid chatbot. They repeatedly wrote the same nonsense but still no IBAN number.
Welcome to 2024, where international companies take over and act like chatbots with zero intelligence. Now we have October 2024 and I still cannot pay if I wanted to get rid of these nuts. ;)
Let's see what the Swedish and the German lawyers and authorities will say.
Oooh, and NO, I will not write any more emails to EPC, it's totally useless.

Letters arrive on quality paper from Norway demanding payment, then fines.
Charge has been paid.
Dart site shows nothing owing.
Every appearance of a SCAM.
Or Incompetence. Cannot even
read Dart Site and review number plate there.

Being British Id wait until you get a small claims letter from UK as most of the driver details data were stolen from various European Countries - see "Hundreds of thousands of EU citizens ‘wrongly fined for driving in London Ulez" The Guardian. Today 19 September 2024 TFL have a cyber attack (no just incompetence) so no-one can pay congestion charges or any fines if you need to pay, nor travel - Oyster shows down for maintenance/Congestion charge shows CYBER attack. 14:22 or 2.44pm

Get 2 fines from London traffic. Both shown a fine of GBP 65,00 if I pay within 14 days. To help for easy payment ,so they say, they give us the amount in our curreny Euro.
That means both amounts should be same. But 1 shows an amount of Euro 80,21 and the other an amount of 95.73 ! I claimed that by email. They give me response, that the case is stopped during they clarify. After 1 week I got the answer that my claim was denied. So I paid the Euro 95,73. But now they want GBP 150,00
Because the paymenttime is overdue eventhough they wrote that the case is stopped during the time of clarification. So I phoned them and asked for German operator. The girl on the other end spoke only bad english and didn't understand anything. I shall get an email next day.
As all others befor me I agree, this company are scammers.
