Amazing service contacted EPS 3 days ago and my cameras were installed today great service very knowledgeable and the cameras are first class would highly recommend this company.

Great after care and customer support given. Had an issue with 1 of my camera’s over 2 years after installation. Reached out to EPS and Ed talked me through what to do to get camera working properly again.

Excellent service from this company today. Arrived on time. Very professional. Would certainly recommend to all.

Since having 3 cameras installed just over a year ago we have had constant issues with them going offline for various periods of time despite several visits to rectify the problem.

On the last two home visits they have turned up without notification of a visit on the day, even though they quote "we will will ring before turning up".

On the last visit they didn't even try to get the cameras back online, they just told my wife it's because you have RCBOs in your fuse-board, but did not offer a solution to overcome this
'issue' and left.

Although we were pleased with the initial installation we feel let down when asking for support when something has gone wrong and the after sales service has been disappointing.

As a self-builder, this company was exactly what I needed from guiding me through the necessary requirements for my design and build through the advice and modifications I'd need to make to improve certain features. I was very much glad that I used EPS.

Ed was very helpful and patient when inhad an issue with my camera not loading. The guys are straight on to help. Honestly 5 star service all the time

Very efficient with installation and helped us set up 2 mobiles with the app on so we can view CCTV very friendly and reasonably priced and great product.

Even though cameras were fitted over 2 years ago I had a issue with 2 cameras I messaged EPS after work hours and they responded within minutes told me exactly what to do and fixed my problem. Brilliant response to my request.

We had our two cameras installed by Ed and his team on Monday just gone. Professional, friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble, everything explained. Camera quality is great and would highly recommend. Thanks guys, was a pleasure to meet you.

Read reviews on Icsee app used for the cameras. Nothing but issues. EPS won't deal with issues if you use the push notifications. Which is the whole point of alerts to your phone.
The app fails to log in constantly, doesn't record all images of entrants into the exclusion zones and often fails to view playback.

Waste of time, waste of money.

Had two cameras fitted front and back. Upon arrival I was advised that where my wife hub was there would need to be two connector sockets added for the cameras to work (which was totally fine) Both cameras installed and working really quickly and tidily (within an hour), cameras are really good quality and pick up everything. No mess left behind, wiring is neat and tidy. Jump forward a couple of month, I changed broadband provider and this knocked one of the cameras offline and wouldn’t reconnect. Messaged EPS for help, immediate response with helpful easy advice, camera back up and running in minutes. 100% recommend this company and would use again without hesitation
