Read reviews on Icsee app used for the cameras. Nothing but issues. EPS won't deal with issues if you use the push notifications. Which is the whole point of alerts to your phone.
The app fails to log in constantly, doesn't record all images of entrants into the exclusion zones and often fails to view playback.

Waste of time, waste of money.

Had two cameras fitted front and back. Upon arrival I was advised that where my wife hub was there would need to be two connector sockets added for the cameras to work (which was totally fine) Both cameras installed and working really quickly and tidily (within an hour), cameras are really good quality and pick up everything. No mess left behind, wiring is neat and tidy. Jump forward a couple of month, I changed broadband provider and this knocked one of the cameras offline and wouldn’t reconnect. Messaged EPS for help, immediate response with helpful easy advice, camera back up and running in minutes. 100% recommend this company and would use again without hesitation

The lads turned up and got stuck straight in..
Very polite and friendly and left no mess..
When the work was done, Ed showed me how to use the camera app on my phone and was available straight away when i had a problem logging in after a few days.. I would definitely recommend this company as i was very happy overall. 😊👍

I got 3 cameras supplied & fitted the quality is brilliant and all setup on my phone.
Even the after care is brilliant nothing is a problem to Eddie he talked me through everything step by step.
I can't wait to get my next 2 fitted

2 cameras fitted in under an hour, opted for plug in as didn’t want wires all over the house, no sales pressure, instructed how to use app , thought there was a problem with one of the cameras but there wasn’t after being advised how it worked. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from EPS
My Dad needed the work doing and at 81 years old and has dementia he’s always concerned about who to trust to do the work properly and for a fair price.
Having met the engineer myself Dad and I were satisfied that he’d get the service he needed.
All the work was completed cleanly and on time with complete satisfaction. We definitely recommend especially as Dad was given not only a great service but dignity respect and kindness

Amazing from the start!
When I enquired, info was clear, prices good, fitting time within days.
Fit day, good clear recommendations for best placing, friendly guys, reassuring and great at what they do.
Around a year later, I needed to know how to do something on the app and within minutes I had a handy video guide and response with everything I needed.
You cant get much better than that!

Great camera's and brilliant at night. Everything installed no problem when the lads showed me how to use them I was so impressed for the price. The lads were so helpful and was an excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone. Job well done top dog. 👍
