Great Customer Care
Initially I called the business to see if they had a store at their site and was informed by a helpful staff member that they only carry limited stock at their premises but would be able to collect if preferred from their office. The website was easy to navigate. I placed an order for an un-stocked item and the company contacted me straightaway with an alternative, complete with the appropriate sizing guide.
The item was ready to collect with-in the stated time period.
I made a further order and received the same great service.
Despite only requiring a few work items for myself I was still treated with a high level of customer care.
