Con artists refuse to refund me and keep saying we are re issuing products. Ordered 2 advent calendars in September never arrived. Refusing to refund money give you tracking information but my products have supposedly been delivered in England. I live in Scotland. Con artists

I ordered a Christmas tree. Never arrived they kept saying it was on its way, then it’s been delivered somewhere in Sheffield ???? I live in North Wales. Then they just ignore all correspondence. Total scam company can’t the government close people like this down??

This company are scammers. I ordered goods way back in September and have received nothing. I have contacted them asking for the money they have stolen from my account to be paid back. All I ever receive is a tracking number. I have told them several times the goods have not arrived and they suggested a neighbour may have taken them and to check, I did and yes you guessed no one has the goods. I asked for proof of me receiving the goods, meaning a signature or a photo as delivery companies do, again I received a tracking number, but nothing has been mentioned as far as them refunding my money. I believe they are a registered company, so next step will be to report them taking this route. Please do not give them your bank details. I hope people read this before parting with their money, as I doubt you will get what you paid for.I have kept the string of emails with regards to this. Lastly, I have only awarded one star as this is as low as I can give them.

All my emails were answerd with: we will look in to it and respond in 3 days. No reaction after 3 days. I also recieved a track and trace with only Chinese signs. I asked for translation, but no reaction.
14 days later I got a message that my order has been deliverd. If not I schould contact the deliveryservice in my country. I couldn't find any adress where it was sent to or what company had to deliver it to me.
So I am very sure I am scammed and lossed $40,00.
Never order at this company again.
I learned now to check companies before ordering online.

Ordered two Advent Calenders one Dior + another one.They were ordred Sep.2 and I never recieved them. A lot of E-mail but no calenders.

Wish I had read the reviews first. This is a scam company!! Do not buy from them! I never received my order. Numerous emails sent, their replies continue to say they will resend, but 4 months later, they’re still saying they will resend. I have constantly asked for a refund. Now today they tell me they do not do refunds. What? Something should be done about this company. I am reporting them. I repeat, Do Not buy from them. You have been warned.

Absolute scammers. Do not use. I ordered 2 advent calendars in September. They took my money. Said they had been lost by the courier. Courier wanted to charge me to speak to one of their operatives (I did not pay). Plenty of emails at first until I asked for a full refund. Then no communication

I ordered a gift 5 months ago and emailed them every other week and still no item, they claim they have sent a replacement twice now and still nothing... And no refund..i hope they are very pleased with themselfs for stealing money from people they discuss me... What thief's

I have the same experience as everyone in these posts order in August 2023 emailed many times have never received anything so people don’t believe in low prices this was a Facebook advertisement about this was stopped really p*** me off scammer

They could improve, if they send packages or refund the money and be honest.

Ordered advent calenders back in October, never arrived. At first email responses sounded promising then nothing. Reported to my credit card company and the despicable person had the audacity to dispute the claim - karma will return I'm sure.

Yes I have had the same experience. I ordered some paints back in Aug. Order didn't arrive, I contacted them, got a tracking number which showed the order was sent to Ireland, I am in Scotland. They said oder would be redelivered but still nothing. I have asked for a refund but now no answers to my emails. Total scam. Like many of you I wish I wasn't so stupid.
