Is is a total scam waiting 90days what they do is get orders of say 20 people for goods then send 20 people the same tracking code but only 1 person will have their correct address on parcel, they have to do this so the scam can work and looks as if delivery companies or warehouse put wrong addresses on this chong needs a kicking

Same as everyone else ordered charlotte tilbury in September tracking said delivered in Aberdeen I live in Manchester total scam can not believe I fell for this as someone once said if it is too good to be true it probably is

Ordered in August 2023 , no delivery, apparently I picked it up from the post office (I didn’t) sent another one with tracking number , didn’t arrive and stopped tracking, a bunch of SCAMMERS, emailed them today for the 29 time and told them what I thought of them, I can’t believe I was that stupid

I have also been scammed my order was sent to an address in Chichester this was October I have emailed and they said would look into it, not heard anything since, I sent a second email saying I would report to authorities and knew their address which I found online if they didn’t refund, still not heard and unsure where I report to.

Fraudulent. Report to Authorities please! numbers, email and URL. They must be stopped and arrested.

I've been wanting since September and haven't received my ice maker. I have been told it will be sent and never have received my package! A huge scam! Avoid!

I've had exactly the same issue as everybody else. Sent an invoice, tracking number, package apparently went to a wrong address because I had supposedly written the wrong address! Then told I would be sent the package again which could take another month. My request for a refund was ignored. TOTAL SCAMMERS! Thankfully my bank have refunded the amount and I emailed ‘Mr Chian Liu’ telling him exactly what I thought of him. They have been selling under the name ‘Cosmetics Creator’ on FB, but it appears they sell under different names on social media. Please be aware!

I ordered from this Company in October I've also been scammed they say wrong address etc DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY its a SCAM they should not be allowed to advertise

Ah, I so wish I’d read these reviews before purchasing from these scam artists. I too have been led down the path of , delivered to wrong address, resend, doesn’t come, resend, no tracking numbers given, I was hopeful for awhile ( been going on since August), I’ve now realised it’s definitely not coming😫 How do we stop these low life?

I ordered a xmas tree 08/27/23 = they gave me a tracking number - the package was delivered to someone in No Carolina - I live in Fla. They told me it would be sent to me again, but NEVER sent a tracking number. Emailed several times - they will not respond.

Do not buy from this company.

I made a purchase in September, and have just instructed my credit card to refund it after 3 months of lies and obfuscation.

They will send fake tracking numbers that show delivery to the uk, but nothing from there, then tell you they’ve re-shipped the goods but never do so.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Company ignoring emails. I have been chasing advent calendars since beginning of September but still not received. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER

New Michelle Trading Limited advertises on Instagram Advent calendars. When you buy you will never receive your order. Just endless explanations of package already sent. No refund. Full hoaks and scam!

Since Aug 31, 2023, I made my order, and so far as of today November 29, 2023, I haven't received yet. I 've got a response telling me that it was delivered to Philadelphia, I live in Georgia.!!
I updated my address and still back and forth, no order, no response, no refund!! What at your playing at!!

Interesting most of these happened in August 2023 this year we fell for the same thing. Order, Pay, sent to wrong address miles away, promises to resend correct address , no tracking number and it goes on still. Shipping company mistake ... logistics mistake.!!!!! Definitely a fraud!!! Ordered items in 27/8/23 after months of waiting was told wrong address put on package, 8/11/23 gave my address again said would be with me within 7 days.. Still waiting for my goods and nobody has answered my dozen or more emails I have sent , will never purchase anything from this company again .

Back in August, 2023 I ordered an oxygen concentrator for $59.99. I wait a couple of weeks and then texted them when could I expect delivery. I was told it had been delivered. Only problem was I was told it was delivered to PA. Blah, blah, blah.
I must tell you, because I have Stage 4 emphysema, I ordered 3! I was elated thinking if I had 3, if one broke or defective I would have 2 more.
Anyway, I notified my Bank about these transactions and was told they would investigate it BUT it could take up to 120 days before the funds were put back in my account!
I bought them under TR Michelle Trading and I would get more lies. The Company is in China, by the way!
I can't believe Facebook let's this Company get away with this or let's them advertise on Facebook.

After reading all the comments on this site, I am definitely not shocked as this is what I thought this company was, SCAMMERS. I ordered 3 sets of Charlotte Tilbury advent calendars at the beginning of September, which apparently was sent to an address in Stone, Staffs. I live in Amesbury, Wilts. I like everyone else, am totally gutted that we have all been scammed by Mr Chuang Lin ‘New Michelle Trading Ltd’ who are apparently a company based in Rochford, Southend in Sea, when they actually run the business from China.
I have written so many emails to this man, including today and was told the same story as yourselves initially, now no response at all. I accused him of scamming me today, so watch this space! although I’m not going to hold my breath. I may do the same as many of you and try to recoup the money from my credit card company. I ordered the gifts for my daughters for Christmas from an Facebook Ad. My husband goes mad when I order things from Facebook. I have definitely learnt my lesson. I will try to report this company, so they can’t hurt anyone else with their heartless scamming.

Similar to others, placed an order in September with NEW MICHELLE TRADING CONPANY. Never received. Tracking showed at one point that it had been delivered to an address over 150 miles away from my home. Numerous emails telling me that they were investigating but when I lost patience and (politely) asked for a refund all communication has stopped.

Payment made via Stripe it seems so I will notify them of the fraud as well. Don’t expect them to do anything but if it helps stop this scammer from taking payments it may help!
