Your financial data about myself are, to say at least, outdated, if not obsolete. First of all I DID N' T WITHDARAW ANY CASH FROM MY CREDIT CATDS IN THE LAST 4 OR FIVE MONTHS, NOT THREE MONTHS, LIKE YOU KEEP SCALDING ME FOR THE LAST HALF OF THE YEAR. The fact that you keep telling me that " I withdraw cash twice in the last 3 months" for more than three months itself is shameful and disgraceful. I urge you to send me the EXACT DETAILS of when and how much was the very last time " when I withdraw cash from ANY of my credit cards. I think you are doing this statements in order not to increase my credit score the way I deserve. Secondly, my total credit usage are Much Much lower than you imply. ALL OFMY CREDIT CARDS ARE NOW COMPLETELY FULL WITH MONEY (NOT A PENNY USED FRIM THEM) AND THE ONLY CREDIT LINE- CREATION IS ALRRADY 2/3 REFILLED. I would expect from a company like yours Much more accuracy when is coming about financial details of the clients, specially when I' m paying your company 15 GBP per month for ACCURATE EVALUATION. VERY, VERU DISSAPOINTED IN YOU!

Had queries about my file, asked a question and resolved in a matter of days. All sorted now.

I was able to access the website extremely quickly and gain the information I required.
The format of my report is both comprehensive and intuitive.
Thankyou very much!

Utterly useless.
I'm amazed any company uses them for credit checks.
When your systems report my file at an address i haven't lived at in nearly 3 years, do not have my current address on file, and have an address for me that is incorrect because it exists at the opposite end of the road I live on (quite literally); and you tell me its the companies fault for the data they hold for me... please. It sounds like your back-end cannot parse the address format correctly and just eradicates the most important part - or if you're anything like Google or Apple maps, this house along with a couple of my neighbours, just doesn't exist.
And because the address doesn't exist, you also don't see I've been on the electoral register since I moved here.
How come TransUnion and Experian hold the correct data for those accounts? But Equifax can't?
I'd always wondered why my score with Equifax was always abysmal compared to the other two, now I know why, because the data they hold is awful and inaccurate. I work in data and have for 15 years; if the data I looked after was as shocking as this, I'd be ashamed.

I contacted this company to query data which had been erroneously added to my report about an account I don't have. I repeatedly received incompetent, boilerplate replies from first line support staff who treated me like an idiot. Meanwhile invalid personal data is still being stored in violation of GDPR. My case has not been resolved, as my credit score was 680 last month but dropped to 574 because I was not on the electoral register. I wrote to say that I cannot be a voter because I am not a citizen; you have replied that the matter has been resolved, yet my credit score has not been restored following the update.

Shocking. I could not get access to my account. I had to call multiple times, each time a call centre outside of the UK answered, and that was somehow the only thing that moved the application along, as I never got updates in my email, so I was impatiently having to wait as nothing happened.
Again, shocking.

Its getting worse and worse. Not only was the first cheque cancelled and returned unpaid but this has happened with a second cheque.
This is beyond the pale and an absolute disgrace.
I have informed the ombudsman's office, started the process of legal action and contacted the national press about this diabolical episode.
You may well hear from my union's solicitors in due course with a summons and i wouldn't be surprised if the guardian runs this story particularly as it's not only appalling but it probably breaches the equality act for 1 thing.
I wish there was a much lower score I could give equifax
Angry doesn't even come close to describing how I feel

Equifax are yet another one of those companies who makes you wonder where they get their staff from, because wherever that is, they’re not from anywhere where any braincells were used. Maybe there were former HMRC of Financial Ombudsman Service employees because that would make a lot of sense.
Despite showing them a copy of the confirmation of my electoral roll from my local authority & asking them to place my ER status on my report, plus all they did was place a dispute on my report informing that they contacted “the subscriber”.
What exactly is a subscriber?
They can’t even get my date of birth correct.
And of course, when you send a message to them through their “support” portal which was developed in the 70’s, to correct your DOB, all you hear are crickets.
It’s really no wonder why companies these days employ the thickest of society. The thickest can be paid minimum wage - because let’s face it, no other employer is going to hire them, they probably don’t have the means to challenge any working condition in a court of law, half of them can probably barely read, let alone find the reply button on their CRM system.
I don’t see the point of having CRA’s when they’re all staffed and managed by people who are essentially a bunch of muppets.
Have anyone actually sent them the memo that they’re an FCA-regulated firm?
Oh wait, that’s right, they can’t read.
Hey, Equifax, find someone who can actually read and start having some sort of a productive conversation- if that’s even possible with you lot.

I was pleased with the service I received from Equifax. I have not used this company before but I can recommend them for their service

I just found it so hard to understand and navigate

Someone took out a line of credit in my name and so I needed to ensure there were not additional breeches. I used Equifax and a few other services. It was all clear and straightforward. It gave me peace of mind and allowed me to pursue the issue at hand more thoroughly and with evidence. It was easy to cancel my subscription once the issue was resolved. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is they're still sending me emails and honestly, if I decide I need them again I'll go back, I just really don't like being reminded of it. Other than that rather small issue I can absolutely recommend them.

I found the company very helpful. I asked for help to get my late husband’s credit report. I spoke to a girl on the phone then she set up a link so I could upload the required documentation. They were very quick to respond to any query. I was kept informed of the progress and updated when the report was posted out. It was an easy and quick process and I can’t fault them at all.
