Your order was placed after our 12pm cut‑off on the 23rd, dispatched on the 24th, and delivered on the 26th — which is the correct delivery window for that service. There was no courier delay on this shipment.

Had a small issue with the stop/start button but was easily and quickly replaced following a quick phone call, starts and stops as it should now but have not powered anything off it yet so will see how it performs under load in due course

Now have received item I ordered. It would appear that in the event of a problem. No action taken until a poor rating on trust pilot creates a response. Along with insincere platitudes and apologies. Wish I had looked on trust pilot before choosing this company.

Your order was dispatched on time, but DPD failed to deliver it within the stated timescale, which is frustrating enough on its own. Ordered the bronze exterior business…
Ordered the bronze exterior business pack, everything works well but there is couple of bits that's bugged me, at first they didn't send the gutter camera out but when I did speak to them they sent it out straight away but it's but the gutter camera they advertise in the bundle deal at way over a £100 & the one they sent to me was a cheap one I found was selling at £59 on amazon & it wasn't even the pro version what was about £100, all buffer tank bit didn't work together so had to buy extra bits to make it work, oh & hole was drilled to low so couldnt put filteron at bottom of buffer tank. Apart from that there service was excellent & quick sending parts out & nice to talk to on phone..
