You read all the reviews. You agree the price. There’s still that niggling feeling in the back of your mind are they as good as they seem.
The answer for me was better.
I bought my equipment in January and due to other commitments only fired it up mid March. I asked so many questions over the phone but never felt they were exasperated by my calls ( who could blame them) they went above and beyond to explain in a calm patient manner.
I finally get to try the gear out and have a break down with a piece of kit on its first outing. I rang explained what had happened. No judgement but I did wonder if it was something I had done.
Reassurance, positive action plan to get me up and working. A discussion to see if I was capable to replace the part my self or did it need returning to their workshop.
It was something I was capable of so the part was expressed to me and I received it the next day.
So I’m up and running again.
Being true to your word is a rare thing.

16L backpack completely packed up. Costing me loads of money and delays. Customer service just offered to replace the battery.
If my product has stopped working they should just send a new one. Not a replacement part for something that’s not going to fix anything. The battery works absolutely fine until connected to the backpack.
Backpack leaked from the start. Now it just packs up while I’m trying to work n customer service arent very helpful. I appreciate the battery offer but that’s not going to fix the backpack.
Cheaply made, over priced, anyone thinking about buying one is better off shopping elsewhere. They might be good at marketing on social media but absolute shit products.

Buying equipment on line was ever easy and collection took me about 15mins and I was on my way had my jetwash fur 1 week now used it 3 time brilliant bit of kit

Hi this is the first time i have felt I needed to right a review but my experience has really got to me,I purchased a 30 feet venom pole and must say the sales team and were perfect with their advice as i was just starting my new exterior business and new to it
But I have had a different experience with after sales as after 9 months of having the pole ive had problems with the clamps and my pole spinning as i use it (not good job taking longer and frustrating)as I explained this was a new start part time so not using it every day all day .I happened to be on Liverpool for a family event so popped into the show room on January 5 to replace the clamps that needed replacing to be told they needed to order them in ,well still waiting and this week Ive had 3 conversations on the phone to be told we will call you back but never happened today Ive called again to be told wait ill just check to see if we have them in down stairs,after 30 minutes waiting on phone i put phone down then called back 30 later to be told customer come in so they attended to the customer ,so if you’re spending you come first.I was told I would get a call back which I did to be told they still didn’t have any clamps for 2/3 weeks and would order them in (heard this back in January)so until then i have to solder on the
Sales team cant do enough but after they got your money?????
