Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I’m really sorry to hear that this situation resulted in you missing out on a job — I completely understand how frustrating that must have been.

To give some context, your order was picked, packed, and fully prepared in time for next‑day delivery. Unfortunately, on that particular day we experienced a no‑show from FedEx, who are the only courier we’re permitted to use for this shipment due to the cleaning chemical contained within the order. Under normal circumstances we would have switched couriers to avoid delay, but hazardous goods restrictions meant this wasn’t possible.

Once the parcel had entered the FedEx delivery network, we were unable to recall it or issue a refund at that stage. This isn’t a policy we set ourselves — it’s a courier restriction that applies once the consignment is in transit.

That said, I don’t want this to end here or leave you feeling let down. We’d really like the opportunity to make this right and restore your confidence in us. If you’re happy to get in touch with me directly, I’ll review your order personally and see what we can do to help resolve this fairly.

We had an amazing experience with Lewis, John and the team. First time buying equipment to set up a business and didn't expect such a high level of customer service. We were provided with great advice and assistance in which equipment was best to use.
The help is really much appreciated, the team go above and beyond even the warehouse staff.
To have an actual personal experience, no robots even down to a video call to help the set up process is greatly appreciated.
We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of this line of work.
Very good pricing and the equipment is flawless.

Both parts of your order were dispatched together, but Parcelforce/Royal Mail have chosen to split the shipment, which is unfortunately outside of our control. Amazing Customer Service.

This experience started as a '2 star' but due to their excellent customer service, the problem was resolved same day and new delivery next day. I was very impressed with their rapid response. The items purchase are also amazing, long lance pole is so light and the pressure washing machine is an absolute beast. Definitely will be using them again.
