Booked a car for 28 days from the Bolton branch, very satisfied with everything from start to finish. The customer service was good and the car was almost new so very happy.
I've just booked another 28 days which has just started and judging by the last 28 days would definitely recommend the company for their excellent service, a special mention and thanks to Asif who l dealt with throughout my hire contract .

They promised to refund the charges and confirmed it by email but no refund was made. Trying to contact them by phone was difficult as finding the contact number was very difficult. Not the best start for an online booking company. They also did not respond to any emails or online contact for over 2 weeks.

Booked a car for pick up at Manchester …
Booked a car for pick up at Manchester Airport, allocated a vehicle with Interent, which turned out to be the low cost arm of Eurocar. Pick up and drop off reasonably smooth from car rental village (free shuttle bus) only surprise was having to pay for the car to be washed and cleaned on return (or return the car clean, which would be very difficult in spring time England!)

A Great Drive!
Used Erentals twice this month - excellent cars both times. Really good value through Firefly last week and friendly, quick customer service at Bristol airport. One comment - first car had a built in sat nav that was really useful, second car didn't. An option to choose a car with a sat nav would be good when booking. Will definitely use Erentals again - have recommended to friends and family.
