Customer service 1A, price best ever. Only thing if you don't know how to get there it might get tricky to find first time.

Nice clean new car, but car pick-up off airport so minibus ride and staff struggle to cope with demand.

No problems with the booking. The only issue I have is that when I returned the Car to Firefly they said they did not have time to check it with me but would email me. 3 Days later I have still heard nothing from them.

we got an upgrade car and the manager was very helpful and drove us to our bus once we dropped the car off.

I was surprised how inexpensive the booking was for a week and expected there would be extra charges once I went to pick up the car. I took out the excess insurance with my booking, which seemed less than the hire company were charging. Collecting the car was quite stressful with a number of people around complaining at the charge Goldcar were asking for at the desk for additional insurance and petrol. I just gave them my credit card with a deposit - as Erentals noted. They said the car was immaculate, but we checked it and it was scratched and chipped, so we noted this on the form they gave. On return there was only a quick check and an ok, but I can imagine they would have charged us for damage if we hadn't noted it when we arrived. Worth a quick check!

Look carefully at choice ( green motion at London stansted cost me £12 in buses ) so other hire companies maybe cheaper quicker than the 15 minute bus ride ..also the carpark village at stansted is a free bus service currently.

For the last 4 years I am using erentals, no other rental company has matched their prices. Add the easy pick up and drop off arrangements and you have a winner.

Nice quick and easy

Everything was fine except that when I dropped off the car there was nobody from Luz Ocean there. Guy from another hire company phoned them and told us just to leave the keys behind the sun visor. Just hoping that I don't find a charge appearing on my credit card for some fictitious damage.

booking & pick up ok although expected a slightly larger car.Problem at drop off as we arrived at 7.50am & waited as long as possible until 8.20am as had to book in for departure at airport.No rep available asked other reps who advised to leave keys behind visor but we were worried if safe & also rep has a authorised access slip & he had not checked the car.

Booking the car was quick and easy although my credit card was compromised in doing so, this was a real inconvenience and needed sorting and a new credit card issued. Regarding the car, I could not have wished for a better vehicle the Fiat 500 L, 5 door diesel was a stunning performer, very roomy and comfortable. would consider buying one for myself.

Web site was simple and uncomlicated. Plenty of options regarding types of vehicles and a host of prices and suppliers to choose from. All communications were clear and accurate. A little slow in responding to emails but fully informative when they did.

Easy site to use, excellent price. Left booking rather late but it was all done and dusted in less than 15 mins. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend.
