super from start to finish
Checked out comparison sites and on price it stood out, simple and easy to book and got voucher instantly, all communications were straight forward by email. On arrival to collect car it didn't actually say who to look out for my voucher had sur price on it but the chap from the rental company was with a company called best, I had to call the contact no to find him. Not a major problem as I've worked on the island before so wasn't too worried. George the local car rental agent for best was great nice friendly and cheerful, he offered me a job thank you all round brilliant and happy driving from start to finish, keep up the good work 😎

Courteous and friendly service.
Although there was a bit of a wait to get my car, the service was very good. Everything was explained fully and the staff very friendly. The car was thoroughly inspected before I took the keys and any concerns noted. Again, drop off was quick and efficient and the shuttle bus drivers hilarious! I have already recommended them to others.

thank you for a new 6 gear car drive well at a cheap price
didn't like high excess than normal (1000 pounds even though didn't pay it)fact I spent 45 mintures cleaning car so to avoid the 20 pounds charge most company can bring it back not so clean and final fact didn't pick up from normal place in luton airport so i had to walk 5 mins in rain to bus stop

Easy to use
We were very pleased with our experience. Easy & simple to book using the website and then when we got to the rental car desk we were able to jump the extremely long queue and use the self service machine and then walk straight out to get the car. All fast & simple. The guys at Alamo were very good.

Cheap and cheerful , and decent car :))
The price was very competitive and pick up was only slightly further than some of the popular rental companies, we were a little worried about the unknown , but it worked out fine and the car was fairly new , it's definitely worth a go

Great car rental service
Just back from Spain and the car rental service was brilliant. Easy to collect from Sol Mar, staff were so helfpul and friendly and the car that we got was a great little car, clean and easy to drive. Will be using them again !
