A good vehicle at a good price...
I picked up the vehicle at the local airport (LBA) and aside from having to drive 30 miles to get it, I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of collecting it, I was also pleased with the very helpful and friendly staff at the Airport! Only thing I was a little disappointed at was I assumed I would get a VW Sharon (as pictured in the on-line but I was provided with a Ford Galaxy - not a bad vehicle but not the panache as the VW.
It turned out to be a capable mini van and served us well. It was easy to drive, economical on diesel, and spacious (could use more accessory outlets though).

The new car was a welcome surprise and the fact it was an economical diesel really helped .
One thing that let the place down was the queing to get the car , was too long and now as many counter staff as its competitors across the room

Good price, average car
Nice and easy booking and collection drop off was pretty easy but Hertz 'partner' was not that interested. Car was ok but clearly older which given the price was not unexpected but I didn't like that the car had been smoked in and hadn't been cleaned inside properly

reasonable priced cars for people on a budget
Booking & collection was pretty easy, staff friendly & helpful! Wasn't told we would have to pay €20 for tolls when we arrived, which amounted to just under€10 but no refund for what we didn't use. Had a 3 yr old seat ibiza with 30000 miles on clock, very underpowered petrol engine with a lot of damage to the bodywork, also the service light was on, I am a mechanic by trade so this is not good. Also the car hadn't even been cleaned so overall a poor rating
