item came broken - lost my money - no refund - no replacement
item came broken. Poorly packed. Terrible customer service. no resolution. I have not gotten my money back and I have not received a replacement. Belligerent phone rep, run around via email. I will be forced to contest the charge on my credit card. These people suck. Stay away.
Their reply is a joke. Of course I filled out all their forms. I emailed and spoke with two humans. It’s been weeks and they have my money and shave no product. It’s a complete disgrace. And what a joke that they are completely unresponsive to my issue when I reach out to them directly. But they responded to this bad review in less than 24 hours.
