Sie ließ andere Eltern ihr Produkt testen und verbesserte es so lange, bis es allen Ansprüchen genügte und ihre Vision 2003 mit dem ersten Modell der Ergobaby Komforttrage Wirklichkeit wurde. Die erste Original Ergobaby Komforttrage war aus 100% Baumwolle, der Stoff wurde hergestellt in einer Firma, die Karins Vorstellungen von Arbeitsbedingungen und Werten entsprach. Das maschinenwaschbare Modell umfasste einen mit Neoprenschaum gepolsterten Hüftgurt, mit dichtem Schaum gepolsterte Schultergurte sowie eine verstellbare Kapuze um den Kopf des schlafenden Kindes zu stützen. Zu Beginn wurde die Ergobaby Komforttrage nur über die eigene Website verkauft, doch der Erfolg kam schnell und mittlerweile sind die Ergobaby Komforttragen im Fachhandel und in Onlineshops weltweit erhältlich. Mit wachsendem Erfolg der Ergobaby Original Komforttrage hatte Ergobaby immer stärker das Bedürfnis, den Kunden neben dem Standardmodell gleichzeitig auch eine Variante der Komforttrage aus Stoffen aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau und nachhaltigen Fertigungsverfahren anzubieten - die Geburtsstunde der Ergobaby Organic Kollektion. Slow Delivery

Ergobaby carrier itself is great but in your web page you say it`s going to be delivered in 3- 5 working days. I waited for it 8 working days....

Brilliant customer service, value for money and high quality

Ergobaby customer service couldn't do enough to assist me in placing my order and the products were dispatched promptly and were of the high quality you would expect. You get what you pay for! I have total confidence using my 360 sling and rain cover and would recommend dealing directly with ergobaby to anyone

An excellent and conscientious company

I ordered a product Original Baby career. The first delivery occurred mistake on my part and order returned. I immediately returned the money back to the account, no problem. I re-ordered the same item, and it successfully within a week came to me. Thank you for the good job the whole team of the company !!!

Brilliant

Have been wearing my baby in a moby wrap since birth but lately he has been wriggling and getting too heavy in it as he is too able to shift position. It has become more difficult since he was around six months but by nine it was virtually impossible to carry him. Absolutely everyone was telling me i needed a stroller now but i really hate them so invested in a performace ergo which is amazing! He feels so light again and much more sturdy to carry - he does pull my hair a bit in the back carry if he's fed up but then i can just put him on front. I bought the infant insert for the next one but i think i'd prefer the comfort of moby wrap when they are small - as more flexible around boobs. Having said that i had an awful carrier as a hand me down that i couldnt wear because of my boobs getting in the way (they are quite large) but the ergo doesn't feel uncomfortable at all - it does squish them a little so i can't wear low cut tops with it (which is why i got the wrap in the first place as never had that issue). Definately best option for a bigger baby. Also my husband never felt comfortable with the wrap but likes the ergo and ot fits him despite being very broad in back (he struggles to buy clothes). Also very easy to change sizes between us.

Won't respond to my wuerues

I ordered a product almost 10 days ago which hasn't been dispatched. Despite two emails to the customer service team I haven't received anything back except this email to provide a review for a product I haven't received.

Excellent Customer Service

Having accidentally ordered the wrong Ergo, I contacted customer service and they changed the Ergo with absolutely no questions asked.
Fantastic site- highly recommend.

Great baby bag

Recommend 100%! At first my baby wasnt really happy inside the bag, but everything is trainable - we tried the bag every day and now he is so happy with the bag and it‘s very comfortable!

Everything better than expected!

We purchased the winter cover for our Ergobaby carrier through the website and it arrived in less than 72 working hours from the company at Germany to our door at Barcelona (when at retailer it delayed 3 weeks). The cover fits perfectly and it's easy to put and remove - and our baby girl it's well protected from cold, wind and rain (even feet, hands and head). We'd recommend it to anyone!

Excellent product, quick delivery

After having tried several carriers and wraps and finding various problems with all of them (uncomfortable for me and/or baby) I finally decided to order an Ergobaby. I was aware of the counterfitting problem regarding Ergobaby carriers and thus decided to order directly from the company at ergobaby.eu. Despite the holidays the parcel arrived from Germany to Italy within 8 days of the order so not too bad really. So far I've only tried it for brief periods around the house but it seems far more comfortable than other cheaper carriers and definitely worth the money due to high quality craftmanship and materials. I'm more than happy with my purchase.

very impressed!

Ordered from the eu website (as it was a design not available from the uk website)and was pleasantly surprised by the up to date tracking info of the item and fast delivery. Also the product itself has been a life saver already.....definitely worth the money.

The best baby carrier ever!

I have three kids and used a cotton wrap for the first two. It's great but can get a little too warm during summer. For the third one, a summer baby, my friends lent me their own baby carriers so that I could try them all. The wrap was way too warm, the babybjorn too stiff and it did hurt my back almost immediately (and what with those dangling little legs?). When I tried the ergobaby I was skeptical but after the first couple of hours I knew I had found the ideal baby carrier! So that I bought one, after giving back the one borrowed. Babies are utterly comfortable, the weight is evenly spread on your shoulders and back and carrying your baby has never been easier!

No sign of my ergobaby, no useful response from customer service

I wanted to make sure I avoided one of the many fakes out there, so decided to order from the ergobaby europe website.
After a week there's no sign of my carrier - I was sent dispatch information showing it being moved around Germany, and then being marked as delivered. Goodness knows how as I've not had it. Customer service have been worse than useless, sending me one email when I asked where it was, with a link to a German website and a UPS reference that was the same as the original one showing it delivered.
Thank god I've paid via PayPal - I've just escalated a dispute. At this point if they can't supply me with my carrier in the next 24hrs I just want my money back - and I intend to go elsewhere to a different manufacturer. Hopefully PayPal resolution centre will help me out.

We are sorry for the inconveniences your are facing in the delivery of your order. The delay is caused by a system error at UPS, which chose Germany as country of destination instead of UK. Therefore the parcel came back to our warehouse and arrived today.
As the carrier is shipped from Germany, it is very hard to keep the 24hrs you mentioned in your email, but we would ship it right away tomorrow morning with UPS again and providing you with the tracking no.
We understand if you request your money back due to the disappointment, but Ergobaby would be very happy if you nevertheless decide for its product.

Please let us know if you like us to ship it again.

I had a very bad experience!

Do not buy any Ergobaby product online! You might not receive it because they can send it to a wrong place. I had a very bad experience purchasing a baby carrier online. It was sent to a wrong address, a wrong city. I am in Brazil and I bought the product to be delivered in Portugal while my sister was there temporarily in vacation. It did not get there on time although I bought the product with some time in advance. Ergobaby didn´t assume the responsibility on this mistake and now I need to pay an extra amount of money to mail the product from Portugal to Brazil. I had contacted them in order to ask for support on this problem and they ignored me, although they acknowledged their mistake. I am upset and I recommend not buying any Ergobaby product online. They should pay for the extra cost I will have to send it to Brazil.

Very happy with our Ergobaby

Great support to the baby's back, practical pockets to put some money and keys, lovely design, and most importantly so easy to put on alone! Haven't tried carrying baby on my back yet but I'm sure that's practical too!
