Good service

I really like my ergobaby adapt and it is very comfortable to wear. The only disappointing features are that it cannot be used forward facing and that it is a little large for my small frame. It is difficult to get it on tight enough. The straps can crossover to make it tighter but I don't find them comfortable in this position. However, my baby is only 3 months and I think once she grows the sling will be a better fit. Overall I'm very happy with it.

We tested the ergobaby original and 360, but the adapt is by far the best.
I didn't like having to use a newborn insert and even when our daughter was less than 3 months, I found the original ergobaby uncomfortable for my lower back. The adapt solved both issues. aAlthoughby the time it came on the market., she was already 4 months old so we couldn't test it for it's suitability for a newborn but can see how it would work for small babies. I'm ppleased I don't have to use the cushion from the insert in this transitional period.
I would however be happier if the theeting adapter were included- this would fully justify its name- adapting to ALL the growth stage!

Love it, very comfortable and easy to use.

I know, it is an expensive one and maybe there could be a greater variety of designs availiable. But I finaly feel like having 4 hands, like goddess Kalli! Ergobaby holds my daughter and two more for all the rest. My (8,5 months) baby loves being there, and she did not feel the same before in wraps, mei tais or ring slings, that we had previously used. Neither did I. Inside or outside the house, we are both so huppy we came to write what we first did when our package arrived: We put music on and danced embraced!

I found it really easy to place my order - however I have no yet used the product as still awaiting my baby.
The order came quickly - though it would have been nice to have more information on where my order was up to.

The only minus of the doll carrier is the chest strap - it is in the position that really it is not possible to attach the shoulder straps properly for my kids. It should be possible to slide it to adjust - like in adult model. Otherwise, it really slides down the tiny shoulders of my daughter.

But I really like the carrier and all the other details. It is sweet and lovely :-)

Ergobaby was very helpful in modifying and updating our order when we found we wanted to add a product. We are very pleased with their service and delivery times.

We have bought new ergobaby 360 carrier and it's awesome. For now we are using only front-inward position, because our girl is only two months old. I'm using it also at home. When she is inconsolable, I just put her inside ... few minutes and she's asleep. I am looking forward to try also other positions, especially front-outward. That is also the reason, we bought that carrier.

I've bought Ergo Baby for my friends that are waiting for their little angel (Anna Caterina will born next autumn) <3. they love it so much and they already think will be a great help for caring their baby girl! ;-)

I actually bought it for my husband so he could help me carry my daughter. It took my a litte to fall in love with it though, because I struggled a little bit with the straples since I found them too big. I have now figured out and I was doing something wrong, now I had worked this out I just simplely LOVE IT!! :) I would recommend this to everyone and I cannot wait for my baby to grow so I can try all the positions!!
I was sceptical about it and didn't buy the all weather cover just in case... It will be my next purchase!! :)
Good quality and great service!!

The quality of ergobaby is great. However, their customer service is awful!!! I'm so disappointed. They don't return my phone calls (they force you to leave a message instead of talking with a rep) and won't answer my emails. I'm upset because the print on my ergobaby is running. My baby drools and it caused it to run. This only happens with low quality fabric. So, if you order the plain option, then maybe you won't have a problem. The point is, ergobaby's customer service is horrible. They will NOT help you after you buy the product. If you're determined to buy it, buy from a good store like REI, Nordstrom, etc. where they guarantee their products. I sincerely regret doing business with ergobaby and just want to warn people about buying it online, even from their official website. And don't buy prints.

Real quick, the wrong colour option Ergobaby was sent to me. When I notified customer support their initial response was to ask me to post it back at my own expense, once received a new one would be dispatched. This wasn't acceptable and I suggested two other options:
1. I keep the wrong colour and receive a small refund
2. Ergobaby arrange collection and dispatched correct carrier immediately

To your credit you agreed to both options at my discretion, this was very cool. I wish I could have had the colour carrier we were after, unfortunately we couldn't wait any longer.

Thanks though, the product itself is working out nicely.

Quickly delivered, amazing product. My 6 week old daughter loves to sit in her Ergobaby! All in all a great shopping experience!
