Very poor customer service. Would be so easy for this company to be polite and helpful, but apparently that is not their approach. Be unhelpful, waste people's time, and don't resovle problems. Good luck with that!

Bad customer service...
I orderd my rain cover and and my pouch 1 week ago and i payed using PayPal. The money was debited from my account but no shipping information was sent on email. When we contacted the customer service they said they cannot find my products by the order number i got. So we also send an email to them. Until now no answer. I don't know when or if my product's will arrive :( or how can I get my money back. Very disappointed 😥

Ergobaby 360 is the best baby carrier, no doubt!
Other baby carriers began hurting my back when my son got bigger than 6 kg. Not so with the Ergo, where you can barely feel the 8+ kg baby! The Ergobaby was recommended by my sister in law, now my husband and I love it - it's easy for both of us to use for extended periods of time, the baby is comfortable and his hips are well protected. Our son loves the 360 because he can also face forward.

Quick & helpful but no tracking
The product is great, the shop was easy to use and the package arrived quickly. My only fault - and the difference between 4 & 5 stars - would be really with ups, who is their carrier. It didn't appear for a few days with zero updates - I had no idea when it would arrive and I needed to be there to sign for it. With a newborn baby - as most of their customers would have - this was super annoying! Otherwise, love it!

Ergo baby grey carbon air
Delivery quick and prompt.
Ergo baby easy to use and practical.
Downside: very scratchy rough fabric- baby gets a rash on chin and cheeks every time we use it :(((
I have now purchased the drooling bib and teething patches for straps and front, hopefully that will help the rash as that fabric is much softer it seems?

Excellent!!! Would reccomend to active parents or as a gift for new parents who like to get out and go with baby!
I was given an Ergo performance and recently gifted one to new parents They both arrived within days of ordering and have both been loved very much...I personally have carried baby hundreds of kilometers with mine!! In the house getting things done, all over the city, in the mountains hiking, mom/baby work out classes....everywhere! My husband and I wouldn't know what to do with out it! Thank you Ergo for making baby wearing fast, accessible and comfortable!

Bundle of joy is an excellent carrier.
When I was pregnant I met a lady at the bus stop who was carrying her 3month baby in this carrier. She was very enthusiastic about it, so I decided to order it for myself. The carrier is a great help for my hips and back. I have the freedom to cook, clean or prepare the laundry etc. or go shopping in the neighbourhood while I'm carrying my baby in it. The materialIy is top quality, it is absolutely worth it!
