Good quality.

I love this cozy little sleeping sack! It’s the perfect mix of warmth and comfort for my 2-year-old, especially with the thoughtful leg holes that allow for easy movement. My child stays warm without feeling restricted, and the material feels soft and snug. One thing that could make it even better would be an option with sleeves for extra warmth. Overall, it’s a fantastic product that works well for toddlers on the move!

The carrier is very easy to use and my baby sits perfectly there, it has a very good quality. After trying many others, we finally found the one.

My daughter-in-law was given this Ergobaby carrier when her baby arrived in February and absolutely loves it. Based on her recommendation, I bought one as a gift (that baby hasn’t arrived yet, so I haven’t had feedback)!

We are very happy with our new light weight trolley / Kinderwagen especially while traveling this one is a huge benefit to have. The service is also really helpful and no complications so far.

First of all, I was happy with the customer service I received when I sent in an inquiry about my order. The customer service person was friendly and quick to respond and address my question. Second, the stroller I ordered is absolutely amazing. It's easy to use, moves so smoothly and my toddler loves it. We are all happy with this purchase as a family and are grateful. Only one thing i would request is to make the stroller more front heavy so it does not tip over easily when hanging things in the handle bar. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with it.

Very bad customer service . I send more then 5 emails, tried to call them many times, but without succes.
I have an Ergobaby Metro + stroller , bought last year and both of the front wheels stopped working properly (you cannot change the direction of the cart anymore). We used very little the stroller, but still it broke very fast for a premium product!

I will make sure to post everywhere about the bad product and to let the world know about the awful customer service and strollers that Ergobaby have!

Don’t buy any Ergobaby strollers or any of their products, they are making fun of their clients!!!

Just purley great. Great products, Great deliveries and Great Customer Service. We have both baby carrier and the Metro trolley from Ergobaby and those are both amazing products.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. I bought a cover for my daughter in October as a Christmas gift. I inadvertently bought the wrong one but because I was outside of the 30 day time frame I couldn’t return. They finally agreed to give store credit but when we went item back we never received the credit to buy the correct cover. They have the original item back and are not honoring their agreement even with the email showing their earlier agreement to do so. Do not buy from this company

I wasn’t happy with the product so send it back, I really wanted to like it as it looks like it could be comfortable for the baby but it was impossible for me to put it on and take it off. I didn’t use it at all and returned along with all the paperwork back to them. I had to chase non stop for the refund and no luck, it’s been 2 weeks now and still nothing, not sure why they are holding on to my money and why the customer service is so poor that I have to chase them non stop. It’s illegal what they are doing and I will never buy anything from them directly and at this point I feel I will need to dispute my refund with them via my credit card provider. Also, Baby Bjorn is by far better product and better company to deal with

My wife placed an order 3 days ago for the omni dream baby carrier.I am still waiting for updates regarding my order.Considering the price of the item it is absolutely unacceptable.

Sliding mechanism for opening and closing the ergobaby metro stroller was broken in airport transit.

Ergobaby does not have spare parts for their strollers therefore I recommend you look for another option when looking for a stroller.

I purchased this carrier because I was led to believe it would be supportive of my baby’s hips. Sadly, it didn’t offer enough neck support for my newborn and I had to borrow a friend’s carrier.

Once my friend needed her carrier back, my baby used the carrier for around a month before needing to be outward facing. When I fitted the carrier so my baby could be outward facing? My baby’s limbs turned blue and I immediately stopped using it. I asked for support from Ergobaby and eventually someone video called me to offer support. I followed all of the instructions during the call but the carrier would still not fit appropriately. The Ergobaby representative on the call agreed it wasn’t a good fit and suggested that I might need the next size up. My baby is 6 months and (8kg) so I was supposed to have another 6 months of use. I asked whether they would be willing to exchange the barely used carrier but they wouldn’t, they offered 25% off the next size up. Obviously I don’t want to purchase again from Ergobaby as I’m not confident their products will fit and I don’t want to spend money on two useless carriers.

I love ergobaby’s everlove concept! I recently bought an used ergobaby 365 carrier. The carrier is as good as new, arrived on time and in a nice package including instructions. Super comfy on the shoulders and my daughter loves it. The price for a brandnew ergobaby carrier was a bit too high, so I was happy that they offer also “preloved” ones.

Fantastic! I ordered a baby carrier, it arrived within 10 days from Germany and the quality of it is just beautiful. I have the Embrace Carrier, it’s perfect. Super impressed and would definitely recommend!

Our carrier became slack after one year of use (not possible to tighten properly, baby moving around/not supported). Despite trying my best to explain this to customer service, they basically dismissed what I was saying and now stopped answering my emails. Their phone line doesn’t answer either. Terrible customer service. Real shame as prior to this, I loved using the carrier
