Scam company
Scam company. I have been trying to return an item since last week and they don’t answer calls or email. I ordered a stroller and support bar so two boxes but when I go to return I only get one label and for the pram it says £0 refund due. I tried to contact them about it. The pram is too short for a 2 yo toddler (despite saying suitable for toddlers up to 4).
I want to be able to return it and get my money back. The uk trustpilot is full of people without product and out of pocket. The uk company is out of trade since 2021 but they still trade in England pretending they are there but there is nobody to answer customer queries or provide support.

Super fast delivery. I live in Greece and the carrier came in two days! How?! Quality and design of the carrier is immaculate. We love it. Best thing I've ever bought! Comfortable for both the baby and the parent!! Sturdy. And decently good looking which is in my opinion not even important.

A really important disadvantage of the…
A really important disadvantage of the metro deluxe stroller is that when it is folded the place where the baby sits is exposed, so it touches everywhere and gets dirty easily. Also the airlines are not aware of this stroller and make an issue of the dimensions every time we travel. If I had realized these earlier I would not have bought it.

I ordered a sling on 29th November and have not received my order.
I have contacted customer service multiple times, and not heard anything back.
I’m not sure what to do, as I’m out of pocket £130 with no product having been delivered!

I got a Metro + travel stroller after having two baby carriers and being very satisfied.
I did order online and my order was packed and send the same day, with very quick delivery.
Price was competitive and the features were equal or better than local competition.
Highly suggested for price, quality and good shipping.

What a scam of a company
The products are probably good, but the company is really a scam. I placed an order on the ergobaby.nl website, which said the delivery would take 1-3 business days. After a week of not hearing anything from them, I contacted Customer Support via email and tried calling the number provided on the website several times, but it was out of service. After several days of silence, a customer support agent got back to me saying that my order was actually not available and asked me if I wanted to change it to another colour. I asked what the options were and got ghosted again, my case was closed. Overall it's been a horrible experience and I'm still chasing them to cancel my initial order. There is no way of reaching them via the phone and they ignore email requests. Luckily I payed via Klarna, so I'll reach out to them to cancel the order.

Bad user experience but quick delivery
Bad user experience on their official website - I almost thought I got scammed at checkout. For such a big company with a lot of followers on Instagram I did not expect their website to be full of bugs. Confirmation email also had misspelling and a weird setup. Anyway, the delivery was super fast and I got the right product, so it all turned out well and I wouldn’t be worried buying from their website again.

I absolutely love the Ergobaby Airloom! As a petite person, it fits me perfectly. It's lightweight, easy to put on by myself, and feels very secure. I’ve been using it for a few weeks with my 2-month-old baby, and he enjoys it so much. I’m really satisfied with this product and would highly recommend it to other parents!
