Terrible service. Received as a gift the carrier but the slider straps started to come away. Agreed to send an opened marketed version provided I cut the label and straps. I wanted to receive the replacement before cutting the straps as I’d be left without a carrier for several days until shipped. Thankfully I didn’t as Charlotte then refused to send because it was a gift not original purchase - terrible

Perfect perfect perfect!

I am happy with the stroller—it has everything I need: a decent canopy, ventilation when reclined (very few models have that), suspension on all four wheels, two handlebar positions, a near-flat recline, and straps that slide up and down to adjust to any height, with two small buttons to lock them in place. Also a duvet big basket for such a lightweight stroller.

The coolest thing about this stroller is its ability to convert into a newborn nest mode. My daughter is 10 months old, and I still use it in summer by hooking a piece of muslin cloth over the hood and the side panels.

The shipment was also super fast, and the response time is lightning-fast. I totally recommend the service and the products.

Ergobaby offers me a Metro 3 transport bag in exchange for this review. This stroller has everything I was looking for! Easy one-hand fold, large storage basket, tall seat back height, large canopy, and a smooth ride. I have used it for many walks and it handles uneven cobblestones pretty well. The shipping is fast and customer service is great! I am happy with my purchase!

Extremely fast delivery and great product!

I got my Ergobaby metro+ stroller and was very satisfied when traveled with my 4 month son to Spain. This is very high quality stroller which can be easily folded, there is a big net to keep the heat out and the main thing for us was that there is an option to make the stroller into cradle for a baby. Support bar was ordered after one year. Incredible fast delivery. But would be nice to have it as a part of a stroller, not as an extra.

We love our Ergobaby Omni Dream! It’s super easy to use and really comfortable to wear. The quality is fantastic — you can tell it’s built to last, with soft, durable fabric that feels great for both baby and parent. It’s incredibly easy to use, even for first-time parents, and the design makes it simple to adjust for a perfect fit. Best of all, our baby calms down and often falls asleep in it — total lifesaver on fussy days! Highly recommend.

Purchase and delivery are both very good

We’re really enjoying the Omni Breeze carrier. Very easy to use and comfortable for both baby and parent! Glad we also got the cotton teething bib since baby likes to chew on the straps.

The only thing, that needs fixing is description of the product. I purchased a sleep bag. It was not obvious what TOG I was ordering. And I ended up with a wrong product. But I love it anyway. Maybe will order another sleepbag (the right one) later. Also size selection was inaccurate. It stated 18-24 months, but the size actually is 18-36.

I think this is a perfect travel stroller.
The seat has good verticality and extends to a completely horizontal position. Furthermore,
being padded, it is very comfortable.
Large windows help you see your baby at all times and the basket underneath offers plenty of space for your belongings (including a baby
changing bag).
I like possibility to attach Cybex car seat as a
"duo travel system".
The ride is smooth; the only flaw is that the front wheels make noise on the cobblestones.
Definitely recommend.
