Sie ließ andere Eltern ihr Produkt testen und verbesserte es so lange, bis es allen Ansprüchen genügte und ihre Vision 2003 mit dem ersten Modell der Ergobaby Komforttrage Wirklichkeit wurde. Die erste Original Ergobaby Komforttrage war aus 100% Baumwolle, der Stoff wurde hergestellt in einer Firma, die Karins Vorstellungen von Arbeitsbedingungen und Werten entsprach. Das maschinenwaschbare Modell umfasste einen mit Neoprenschaum gepolsterten Hüftgurt, mit dichtem Schaum gepolsterte Schultergurte sowie eine verstellbare Kapuze um den Kopf des schlafenden Kindes zu stützen. Zu Beginn wurde die Ergobaby Komforttrage nur über die eigene Website verkauft, doch der Erfolg kam schnell und mittlerweile sind die Ergobaby Komforttragen im Fachhandel und in Onlineshops weltweit erhältlich. Mit wachsendem Erfolg der Ergobaby Original Komforttrage hatte Ergobaby immer stärker das Bedürfnis, den Kunden neben dem Standardmodell gleichzeitig auch eine Variante der Komforttrage aus Stoffen aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau und nachhaltigen Fertigungsverfahren anzubieten - die Geburtsstunde der Ergobaby Organic Kollektion. Im Jahr 2007 reiste Karin Frost nach Indien, um die in Frage kommenden Fabriken persönlich zu besichtigen, sich vor Ort die geeignetste Fabrik auszuwählen und sicher zu stellen, dass alle Produktionsstätten die Fair Labour Standards erfüllen. Der Stoffhersteller, der die Stoffe für die Ergobaby Organic Kollektionen liefert, war das erste Unternehmen Indiens, das im Jahr 1996 eine Öko-Zertifizierung erhalten hat. World-class customer care! Ergobaby HQ is amazing.

I am a huge fan of Ergobaby and own the Breeze, Lift Hip Seat, and now the Metro 3 stroller. Recently, I had a very frustrating experience with a third-party retailer (Pramworld) regarding a price drop and a missing promotional item (immediately after purchase).
I reached out to Ergobaby UK directly to share my disappointment, and I am blown away by their response. Their team was incredibly understanding, professional, and went above and beyond to restore my confidence. As a goodwill gesture, they are sending me a complimentary carry bag for my upcoming flight!
It is rare to find a brand that genuinely cares about its loyal fans. Ergobaby has earned my trust for life. If you want high-quality products backed by a team that actually listens, look no further than Ergobaby!

Replacement buckle never arrived

I've ordered a replacement buckle on January 21st.
The predicted delivery time was 5 days. After 11 days, I've checked in with support (tracking never worked), and apparently there was an issue with the order.
The support agent asked me to confirm my address and sent another buckle. After I received the confirmation email, I noticed the address was wrong (immediately after I provided my address to the agent)!

I informed the agent that the address was wrong, and they gave a coupon so I could order another buckle for free. I did that (February 9th).
On February 24th, I still haven't received the buckle. I've reached out to support again, and they gave me another coupon and asked me to order another buckle (again!!!).
I haven't been able to use my Ergobaby for almost 2 months now, which is unacceptable.

Easy to order and buy

Easy to order and buy, wished it didn’t have to be signed for as I had to drive to another village to get it. I bought it for my daughter in Sweden as you don’t ship there- please try!
My daughter tried ordering as suggested below but Sweden is not an option for countries and there is no SEK currency. Please explain how to do it.

Excellent quality, yet again

These are the best sleeping bags for toddler! We already have three ones. Would have been easily fove stars, but the webshop had issues/bugs while purchasing.
