Sie ließ andere Eltern ihr Produkt testen und verbesserte es so lange, bis es allen Ansprüchen genügte und ihre Vision 2003 mit dem ersten Modell der Ergobaby Komforttrage Wirklichkeit wurde. Die erste Original Ergobaby Komforttrage war aus 100% Baumwolle, der Stoff wurde hergestellt in einer Firma, die Karins Vorstellungen von Arbeitsbedingungen und Werten entsprach. Das maschinenwaschbare Modell umfasste einen mit Neoprenschaum gepolsterten Hüftgurt, mit dichtem Schaum gepolsterte Schultergurte sowie eine verstellbare Kapuze um den Kopf des schlafenden Kindes zu stützen. Zu Beginn wurde die Ergobaby Komforttrage nur über die eigene Website verkauft, doch der Erfolg kam schnell und mittlerweile sind die Ergobaby Komforttragen im Fachhandel und in Onlineshops weltweit erhältlich. Mit wachsendem Erfolg der Ergobaby Original Komforttrage hatte Ergobaby immer stärker das Bedürfnis, den Kunden neben dem Standardmodell gleichzeitig auch eine Variante der Komforttrage aus Stoffen aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau und nachhaltigen Fertigungsverfahren anzubieten - die Geburtsstunde der Ergobaby Organic Kollektion. Im Jahr 2007 reiste Karin Frost nach Indien, um die in Frage kommenden Fabriken persönlich zu besichtigen, sich vor Ort die geeignetste Fabrik auszuwählen und sicher zu stellen, dass alle Produktionsstätten die Fair Labour Standards erfüllen. Not for every baby

Good quality, but unfortunately, despite trying for several months, our 5 month old baby still doesn't accept it.
Whether your baby likes it or not seems to be a matter of baby preference.

I ordered the Ergobaby Metro+ stroller

I ordered the Ergobaby Metro+ stroller, and both dispatch and delivery were incredibly fast. I’m absolutely in love with this stroller. I purchased it for my second child, and compared to the stroller I used for my first, this one is definitely better. It moves smoothly, folds easily, and is very compact.
I especially love that it’s suitable from newborn, as my son is only 3 months old. With the Ergobaby Metro+, I can conveniently carry the stroller in my car trunk without dealing with bulky, heavy strollers that are difficult to assemble just because my baby is still small.

Super nice product

Super nice product, this carrier really changed my everyday life, i can do much more things with my baby on and i really feel empowered! Also the extras for teething are a must together, i wish i red it in the reviews to buy it together in the first place. I dont have back pain even though my baby is quite heavy. Thanks ergobaby!

Delivery issues

It has been over 2 weeks since I ordered a footmuff. The DHL delivery agent never tried to contact me, and the package was held for a week at a far off collection point. It is now stuck with Austria Post and not yet delivered. This is very dissatisfactory service.

Impossible to contact the shop with order and payment problems.

I purchased a baby carrier on Ergobaby’s website, and the payment page kept showing an error. Despite this, I was charged three times and received three packages I never intended to order.

I have tried contacting customer service via phone, email, and the return form, but no one responds. The return form on the website doesn’t work either. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I need the duplicate orders refunded and the return process handled as soon as possible.

Very disappointed with the customer service.

Worth it

My baby didn’t enjoy sling but fall in love with this carrier from the first minute. I planned to carry my baby mostly in facing out position but her big legs didn’t seem to be comfortable so facing in position is our choice. My back and pelvis bones needed a week to get used to the carrier. Now can’t imagine my life without it :)

Good product and good customer service

Good product and good customer service; I noticed too late I could havde applied a 10% discount on first order and they gave this retrospectively. However, cancellation was not an option, but the item was shipped and received incredibly fast.

4 months and already has holes.

Shipping was great, fast, good packaging. But I bought the metro buggy, it has cca 4 months now and it has holes. on the back of the seat, the material is light so from frequent use, gradualy it rubbed it open. Also the frame is scratched. I also have joolz and I use them both, I have 2 small kids. As much I dont like the missing foot rest and the space and so on... it is much older but not scratched and material has no holes...it's thicker. But I love what you get for the price,(footrest, nice thick''bedding'' lots of air, I can see the baby while driving, very stable...) it s just the quality.

Ergobaby is offering me a Metro 3 Carry…

Ergobaby is offering me a Metro 3 Carry Bag in exchange for this review.
I’ve owned around 10 strollers, and the Metro 3 Deluxe is easily the best one so far. It’s sturdy but still lightweight, folds up super easy, and doesn’t take up much space. The ride is smooth, even on rough sidewalks, and my baby is actually comfortable enough to nap in. The quality feels really solid, and I love the sleek look. If I had found this sooner, I wouldn’t have wasted money trying so many others. I really reccomend it, you will not regret buying it.
