Hours saved daily
The Esendex portal has saved us hours each day, especially with its ability to link with our rostering program.
There are suggestions for improvement, such as some kind of alert when a message ticks over to Expired (attempted delivery for a set period of time has failed) rather than having to manually check, but overall the portal is great, with plenty of functionality to help us with our day to day operations.

The credits I buy expire if I don’t use them in a timely way. I’m not buying milk with a use by date. I’m buying credits. This is a shocking policy which means I’ll always use my iPhone.
