Parking Charge

PC65896 - I was issued a parking charge, and appealed within 14/30 days whatever the requirement was for appeals.. on the 23rd February, I received an automated response suggesting they will review my appeal and revert back to me.. I received no such response, so emailed on the 25th March to tell them i'd had no response. I then recieve a final notice for payment on the 5th April.

Nobody answers the phone, no response to my appeal, or any subsequent emails, unbelivable that this is a legitimate service!

Wow!!

Wow!!! Well What can I say about this low life parking enforcement company only that they are a waste of space, money grabbing low life scam. I had a membership to a gym on a car park they control when one morning i forgot to add my registration onto the gym system to which I already explained in my appeal to ES but they have decline my appeal and say I must still pay.... jokers!!!!!

Unprofessional on a huge scale..

The most rude customer service operators you can possibly imagine coming across. Very bossy, very argumentative, say they are there to help but only cause more distress telling you what they have in front of them and not willing to listen until my girlfriend was in tears. Namely an operator called Olivia and before her was a male(homosexual) who both refused to give their names I had to call and ask for her name to find out as a complaint will be being written. Unprofessional on a scale unimaginable and unacceptable from an employee.

Parked at Accrington Arndale Centre

Parked at Accrington Arndale Centre. The pay machine, the only pay machine, was out of order. E S must have known that but still issued a PCN demanding £100 or £60 if paid within 14 days. I paid the £60 to get these parasites of my back. Do not park here or you too will become a victim. E S will use any excuse, valid or not, to screw you over. Appealing is a waste of time.

I received a fine from these in 2019…

I received a fine from these in 2019 and wrote back with copies of disabled badge etc. never heard another thing except in December 2021 from gladstones sols informing me that they had issued a ccj. I phoned Gladstone’s in December 2021 requesting copies of letters they had supposedly sent me and post I should have signed for didn’t receive anything or signed any recorded or registered mail. Phoned Gladstone again on 10th January 2022 and requested a copy of the official ccj copy of the summons and copy of signed for mail as I was not aware or been advised of this. They emailed me copies of letters they had supposedly sent me which I had not received and still no ccj number from Northampton court who I understand do block issuing of ccj s. I have a licensing officer/legal perusing this and he is getting no where with gladstones and a ccj number or signed for mail. I have phoned the court and can’t get number. These people are scam artists.

Fine NHS staff legally parked, lovely!

Absolute heartless scam artists. Fine NHS staff and volunteers parking at Telford Whitehouse Hotel COVID vaccination centre even though they are parked in the allocated marked bays. Not interested in the fact that the car parking is agreed with the hotel who are leasing the facilities, who when contacted just say take it up with ES Parking. The local press are going to love this story!

I received a letter through the post…

I received a letter through the post with photos of my car parked just over the white lines in a parking space on Morrisons car park in Bamberbridge.
I was told that I had to pay £160 or Bailiffs would visit my home.
At this point I was off work with stress n anxiety and the last thing i needed was a threatening letter. I was also in receipt of SSP so I was having to live on £500 a mth.
This company is a disgrace to be charging the public when they are unaware of individual circumstances and not stating what you could potentially be fined for. The public do not always park directly between the lines of parking spaces and if this is against the law, then it should be stated on all car parks.
Its an absolute disgrace!!

Seen the below review and totally agree…

Seen the below review and totally agree - disgraceful way to offer parking for cinema use. Our film started late and so overrun the 3 hour limit by 20 mins, we appealed but thrown our - pay up

As the below review states, we will not be visiting this cinema again

‘They won't care about this review but I will give it anyway. Holmes mill Everyman cinema. 3 hours max. Poor signage especially now the night are dark early and it was raining. How can you watch a movie like Jame Bond with a run time of 228 minutes and a 30 minutes of trailers before you get to the movie. Impossible to do . First and last time at this place so for customer service you have done your job as my custom will not be returning. Short sighted Holmes Mill !!!! hope more people walk away from this place !’

Basically its a company of five in…

Basically its a company of five in Preston that is regulated by a company of two who are based in Macclesfield and the DVLA will give your personal details to these companies so if you have a nice car, your address of where that car is parked could be passed on. Makes you sleep well at night knowing that. I personally thought that only the council and Police etc could get access to that sort of personal information and it makes you think what is GDPR for at all.

Worst parking firm I’ve ever dealt…

Worst parking firm I’ve ever dealt with. Was unaware that I was parking on private land, until I saw a ticket on my car one day. The land was/is owned by my landlord just round the corner from my premises. This was the only ticket I ever saw on my car. The day I got the ticket I stopped parking on said land. Turns out “E S parking” had been going there every day and booking me without leaving any tickets on my car, resulting In a heap of letters through my door several months later for “unpaid PCNs” which has now cost me overall more than £1000.

Completely inconsistent appeals process

Completely inconsistent - paid and displayed to park on the very same car park for 4 years of university. One girl on my course walked around with her ticket in her coat pocket all day and got away with a warning letter, no fine. Another woman failed to display her ticket and was fined but had her appeal accepted on the grounds of being given the “benefit of the doubt”. I displayed mine but the ticket had fallen off the sticky bit yet was still clearly visible on the seat of my car. Obviously the crook forgot to take photos of this and my appeal was therefore rejected. How should you know to keep hold of tickets, that are still clearly visible from outside the car, when you don’t receive a parking notice within a reasonable timeframe (13 days after)? Really disappointing and a number of us will be boycotting their carpark until resolved.

I pay for a parking permit from these clowns…

I pay for a parking permit from these wastes of space, I live in student accommodation fyi so can't really afford it, and it's the only car park near me. Gotten a parking ticket for not "displaying my permit" when it was put out but has fallen off during the night, ofc no way to prove it and my appeal got rejected. Funny enough there's a lot of other cars which NEVER have a permit displayed but don't see them getting tickets as they drive off/park before/after whatever bafoon checks the permits in the morning. Quite honestly I hope you face whatever fate you deserve. Maybe have a list of permit payers for private carparks especially if they're for students, as we dont have money to waste on you. You've cost me a months worth of groceries/necessities.

ME 1. ES PARKING/GLADRAGS 0 😂

Got pcn in October 2020 Accrington arndale from these clowns which then progressed to gladrags solicitors so told em take me to court as no way I was paying. Been to court today and they didn't turn up as usual (judge not impressed) also they failed to give all necessary information so CASE DISMISSED 😂. You'd think these clowns would realise they're on a hiding to nothing when people stand up to them.
