First time driven into the centre of Manchester for a show. I struggled to find parking so pulled over to enter Sat Nav details and I'd missed the car park entrance by about 40m. They photographed me at 16:59, I produced a car park receipt for 17:00 - 1 minute later. I appealed against the 'fine' - the reply came back as no, the charge would still stand as I had 'stopped' the vehicle. Absolutely disgusting, complete rip off merchants who have no consideration other than targeting and victimising people.

This company are thieves. I was issued with a £100 fine for stopping to pick up a person and it landed me a fine of this much. I was not parked, just pulled up while they got into car. It is a joke!! How can they fine people with no clear signs to warn people. Absolute con artists with no conscience. It's appalling

Scum bags! Money grabbing thief’s! Disgraceful to be honest. Don’t deserve even a one star. I will never EVER be parking on one of your car parks again.

Our HGV driver was issued a ticket on the Logistics North estate in Bolton. The drivers have to lock and unlock the company gates as they leave the premises hence on this occasion our driver was parked literally in front of the gates. He was still given a ticket??? Their reply says as a gesture of goodwill, on this occasion they will cancel the charge. When does common sense come into play with parking companies. I will be getting in touch with the estate owners as we are their clients and deserve better treatment than this. A possible fine of £100 every time a drive leaves or enters the premises. If the site was secure in the first place we wouldn't have the issue of requiring the extra security.

Looking at many of the reviews I felt I had no chance of getting my charge cancelled. However ESParking in Telford has been a phenomenal help. There was a slight problem on the system on there end but the team quickly and professional informed me on the mistake and cancelled my charge. Great help, no problems.

Came today to Longridge to sort out a parking problem, where very nice to talk to and sorted the problem straight away.....

Absolutely Rubbish and rip offs have no sympathy for people of all ages. Just there to take money of you.🤬🤬🤬

Fined twice in 3 days for parking on the white lines in my works car park !! £100 each fine and the worst part the officer spoke to me and then fined me when I was in the office.
Shocking !!! Taking money from people having work throughout the pandemic - absolute disgusting.

Horrendous company. Charged for one wheel touching a white line in a parking bay. Link to appeal online not working, phone calls went dead. Will be complaining to the ico

What an absolute set of parasites , along with the people who employ this company , my daughter parked at Holmes Mill in Clitheroe and was in the establishment for 40 minutes , the parking board said free up to an hour or so she read , in small print it said ticket to be obtained , what a total scam , I do hope that you and your employers reap what you deserve .

Had to give 1 star to write a review. This is a despicable company who are liars and thieves. I was parked in a disabled bay at my local morrisons with my blue badge correctly and legally displayed. Got a parking fine from this despicable company supposedly with photos for not displaying a blue badge. What the company conveniently failed to do was photograph the side of the car were it was clearly displayed. Companies like this should be prosecuted and closed down, they are the lowest of the low.

Disgusting company!! Didn’t even want to give it one star to be honest, Accrington Arndale abs joke!! Avoid at all costs, Accrington town centre deserves to be a ghost town selling out to a thieving company like ES parking.

It should be made a law that companies like this have to install barriers before you enter a car park. The signs are not clear to drivers entering the car parks or inside as you enter the shops. No wonder Accrington Arndale shops are empty and no one is shopping there.

It's disgraceful. I'm currently furloughed at the moment, so have less money to support my family as it is. Companies like this are just profiteering from genuine mistakes people make.

No wonder your car park at Accrington Lancashire is always empty. Your thief's and how can you justify charging for disabled shoppers.

Gave me a ticket for a stopping in a "no stopping at all" area which seems fair enough on the face of it, however I had to deliver to an address and this was the only place to stop. I appealed saying it is grossly unfair because there is no loading bays near by. Next correspondence I got was a Final demand for £160! After I called them it turns out they misspelt my email address when responding to the appeal. Funny that they can write to me by post for a final demand but not to turn down my appeal. Something dodgy about this company, especially as their reason for turning down my appeal is that there is a loading bay close by, but this 'loading bay' has double yellow lines and the same no stopping sign in small writing. I believe this area (Water street, Spinningfields, Manchester) is purposely designed to catch people out.

dont even want to give them 1 star, absolute bullies. tried giving me a 100 quid fine when i had a valid ticket on my dashboard. then i appealed then they sent the rejection letter over hahaha. sent them one back saying see you in court then you set of *****
