ES Parking Enforcement Reviews 

I have just discovered I have a fine from these creatures masquerading as a business. I was there for 10 minutes whilst collecting medication for a relative and they want £100 for the pleasure when there were no signs displayed. Completely disgusting

And that's a star too much for these bandits. Parked up 20/10/20 like many times before whilst delivering donations to charity shop in Accrington Arndale
and 2 weeks later got parking charge from these clowns. Was always 3 hours FREE but apparently now only 1/2 hour so contacted ES to explain what I was doing there and was not aware of any changes to times but surprise surprise my appeal was rejected. Told them I'll see them in court as I'm not wasting my time arguing the toss with these shysters. Bring it on ES I'm looking forward to it 😁😁😁

Just got off the phone to this company, I received a parking fine in September 2019 form this company and had no idea until April 2020 as I logged onto check my credit and I had a CCJ from these guys. Rang the CCJ place and got some information - this company gave me a fine in September 2019 and were sending my details to an address I moved out of in MARCH 2019 (6 months earlier) to make sure I wasn't in the wrong I rang the DVLA, the insurance company and my finance company to ensure I did change my address - they have confirmed and sent proof I changed it on the 23rd March 2019. I have just rang ES Parking to explain and see what they could do before taking them to court (as the CCJ office told me to do) to see if they would at least wipe this and not cause trouble for both, but no. They were adamant they were in the right, even after saying I would send them proof. they asked why I was only ringing now instead of April, I explained I did ring in April but due to lockdown no one answered and the lines were shut - I told them I had sent 3 emails and I could forward them on but they was not interested in seeing these. The guy I spoke to 'Jack' then was laughing several times and trying to trip me up with what I was saying, by asking me the same question over and over, once he realised I was in the right and he had no way of getting around it, he blamed the DVLA instead LOL. After calling him out of this and asking why I should trust this company over the DVLA he said 'I am ending this phone call now, bye madam'.

Online payment page is not secure? Also the notice of the reduced free parking from 3hrs to 30 mins is visible on exit? (I was parked 45 mins according to them)
Tempted not to pay as a charge not a fine, from looking online they have a long history in the courts.

Absolute useless set of money grabbing 🤬 didn't give me a parking fine (that you get on your car window) then aparently sent letters to the incorrect address at which my car hasn't been registered because I moved shortly after getting my car and now I have to pay 160 for their mistake. I think not!

Absolute money grabbing scumbags. Disgusting company. Should be ashamed of themselves. Making profit from purposely confusing people with unclear signs. Making the rules up as they go along. Stay clear of all car parks run by this horrible company.

This company is disgraceful and Holmes Mill Clitheroe is even worse for allowing this company to control their car park!

I received a final demand for parking charges. This was very alarming as i never received any letters previously.
They wanted £160 for being at Holmes Mill Clitheroe for 50 minutes.
Holmes mill has always allowed 2 hours free parking for its customers and i was completely unaware that they had signed their car park over to the devil and that all customers must now register their car on arrival to get the 2 HOURS FREE PARKING!!!!!

I am going to contest this fine and take it all the way to court as i truly feel like a victim. There are no obvious signs, there is no information about the parking at Holmes mill and the fact that they did not send any previous letters just makes me think this is one big scam.

Even stranger is that when i add the fine details on their website, its just says there is an error and that i need to get in touch with ES Parking, but the only number they provide is the one for the automated line for paying fines so even if i wanted to get financially r@ped by them i could not hand over my money.

I WILL NEVER GO TO HOLMES MILL AGAIN AFTER THIS and i strongly advise that other people avoid it soon.

What next? a fine through the door for not registering the drinks and food you have ordered??

Parked at HGS for over 15 years, always always displayed my permit in the side front window, which I have email evidence is acceptable. However received a ticket, reviewed the pictures on their portal and permit is showing, so appealed and got rejected ????
Will now escalate this further as totally unacceptable. This company are clearly not investigating an appeal and are quite unscrupulous.

Absolutely disgusting company, just had to pay £60 fine and DID register my car at the machine in Holmes Mill Clitheroe, going to ask for proof because I did get free 2hr parking ticket issued out of machine, put it on windscreen left after 1hour 21 min ?? why are they saying no ticket was issued?? going to email ES and take legal advise...am very careful when I see ES parking because they’ve robbed me once before in Accrington first week Accrington had restricted free parking, signs were small/ up high where they could hardly be seen (more prominent now) so got hit for £60 first week Accrington precinct employed the scum bag company. SO Very very careful now when i see ES parking enforcement, They will be getting an email this week !! Watch out they are a really nasty company .

Paid for months to park, stickers in my windscreen but transparent, even have a written receipt to park for the week.
Rang to explain but ignored so sent me Gladstone letter
Rang Gladstone telling them I paid but proceeded with court letter
Agreed to go to court, then mediator asked me to pay half
I refused as I paid a weekly ticket and do not owe
Now waiting for a court hearing

Imposing fines at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, against NHS nurses parked at Holmes Mill, Clitheroe (No warnings on parking changes). Oh, and with no sanitisation offered for now compulsory usage of YOUR keypads. Wow. Shameful.

12 months ago I was hit with a £100 pound fine at Holmes Mill supporting local business we had something to eat in the Mill then went to the Everyman theatre at the time it was 3 hours free parking unfortunately we went over and got the fine
Now after the Terrible time everyone is going through with this epidemic again supporting local business these vultures have now changed the way they fine you apparently now you have to register your car to get the 2 hour free parking

Predatory Parking Thieves!
Car park At Homes Mill Clitheroe has been 3 hours free for parking for the last few years, after a lengthy stink in lock-down I ventured out to local business spent money at the Mill and other business's on site was there for 47 minutes - bang got a £100 fine - there is a small change to the existing sign, now telling you you get free parking for 2 hours if you enter your registration. Of course they probably made thousands doing this in one month to the very people who would spend money on site after a difficult few months - I will never park there again and will refrain from sharing my wallet with any business associated with this legal thievery!

I parked on a car park with 2 hours free parking , no signs stating that I have to enter my vehicle registration, I was there for 50 min and have been fined 100 ! Absolutely rediculas I’m having to pay 100 for a 2 hour free parking , just a way of robbing your money ! Should be wearing a mask and when I tried to appeal my ticket as I wasn’t aware of this new rule it gets rejected , what a joke!

Issues a PCN despite a parking ticket being purchased from the machine in Accrington Arndale shopping centre. When proof of this was sent they cancelled the fine but stated they believed it was issued correctly and it was a good will gesture.

This company isnt even worth a star. I was parked in a loading bay which the sign says 15 minutes. I was gone 5 minutes and even caught the grey haired short ass taking a pic. I said why you taking pick of my van. I'm in a layby and have 10 minutes left. I still got fined. This wa outside hardman square manchester. Dont park near the place as there is usually 3-4 muppets walking around. The worst thing is hardly any of them speak english properly or at all.

Love putting tickets on key workers vans when visiting building they clearly get a revenue from

Luckily the company I work for pays them must of had about 6 tickets off these clowns in 2 months

For anyone else who gets tickets off these muppets there is no law for you to pay it just ignore them only the police and local council can enforce a parking charge
