Excellent service always would highly recommend
I am now doing my fourth course with EN and plan to continue until I have completed them all. Student support is excellent and Sarah and all the ladies always go out of their way to help with any problems or questions I may have
Many thanks EN for helping and encouraging me through my journey!

I spent £700 plus on 3 courses I messed up one of the test sheets and they want £8 to get a new one the cds of how to do it are from the year 2002 and need updating the amount of money that people spend on extras because u will need to buy extra nails for the trainer and they have cds that are 25 years old the nail industry has changed a lot since then . They are easy to follow but need updating

Absolutely brilliant. I’ve done two courses and got three more to do. Am loving every minute of it and with full support from the team you can’t go wrong. Can’t ask for anything more.

A happy repeat customer

Bought the nail trainer in the past, but never got to use it due to a very hectic schedule, I gave this to my niece who was into nails and she's become a Nail Technician due mainly to practising on the nail trainer, and an intensive 6 month course.

I have again purchased same from Essential Nails. I had some issues, and due to emails being filtered into my junk mail, did not get to speak with customer services. They have however called and issue with order has been satisfactorily resolved by Jax, who has as usual been very helpful. I would highly recommend the Nail Trainer and Essential Nails.

The dvd is very outdated

The course is not as extensive as I believed it would be. The dvd is very outdated - while the book had been modernised the dvd is narrated by a woman straight out of the 80’s who even speaks of a video and VCR. Which makes it very difficult to feel confident in the information being supplied.
