Very out of date and extremely annoyed that two special offers were coming up within a few days and I wasn’t told on the phone. Black Friday deal (never in a million years would I have thought the company would jump on this bandwagon) and then the nail art course given away free the next week. I paid full price up front and people a few days after me get everything. I was livid when I found out.
So far the course is fine. Not as detailed as I would have thought it would be and as others have said the tips and nail replacements are pricey. Some of the questions are ambiguous and I’m continually going backwards and forwards throughout the books and dvd checking answers. Long way to go so hopefully it will get better.

Always quick delivery and friendly customer service

Quality products for a great price, however there is no choice with delivery charges for my recent order. I had to pay £4.50 for next day delivery if ordering before 4pm. I ordered in the evening and there was no other delivery option so I had to pay for next day delivery and haven't received it 2 working days later.

I am so happy I found EN it has given me something I now love to do and you get allot for your money and endless help.

The staff were super helpful, very friendly and very knowledgeable. The courses include everything you need to learn, covering theory and practical. I will definitely be continuing my learning with Essential Nails.

All orders placed have been very well packaged and the delivery is quick.
Any problems are always quickly resolved with minimum fuss, though it is very rare for problems to occur.

The course prices are amazing and so is the help and support that is received whilst doing the course. The fact that you work in your own home at your own pace is perfect for everyone as there is no real time limit. The dvds are a really great way to help you learn your chosen career would certainly recommend.

Really happy with essential nails, my courses arrived quickly. The one course was all damaged but they replaced all the items and sent them out free of charge for me. I've really enjoyed doing my courses with them.

I think essential nails is a great training provider and love how it gives people the opportunity to learn from home. However, the training cds are in desperate need of updating. In fact, it’s a little embarrassing just how old they are! It would also be great if the videos could be purchased on different formates. It’s very difficult nowadays to find a laptop etc that you can play it on.
I’m also a little disappointed in the range of gelaze colours that are available. Some have been discontinued and as such, i’ve had to start purchasing another brand to compliment the gelaze colours to ensure I have happy customers!
If these aspects could be changed it would be an amazing service/ provider!

I have to say the customer service I have received to date is brilliant. I had quite a few questions before I ordered and the lady I spoke to had so much patience with me and helped answer all my queries. My delivery arrived the next day. I was so excited however when I opened the package something had broken inside. I contacted customer service again and straight away they phoned me and sorted it all out and made sure the item was resent free of charge. I love the products and although only watched one dvd so far but im impressed with everything.

EN are amazing , so far I have completed Manicure,pedicure, gel polish course and I have just sent off the pro expert nail art course. All the courses are home learning courses which you can do in your own time ,which is so convenient for me being a working mum . Iv always wanted to do nails and now I am , slowly doing more courses is building my confidence. You get a lot of support from the EN team if you ever need to ask them any questions they are either at the end of the phone , through Facebook or message through their website which I find very convenient. I am loving my journey with EN so far , and look forward to doing lots more courses with them .
