Well- where do I begin!!
From the moment I walked into the showroom until Gavin signed off the job for my bathroom, I had superb service- my bathroom is beautiful and the workmanship is perfect!!
The guys were neat and tidy and I cannot recommend this company enough !!!

Bathroom & Cloak Room Project

Objective:

Install walk in shower tile throughout wall and floor and install shower toilet in main bathroom and install shower toilet and tile half wall and floor in cloakroom

Strengths:

Diligent and concise design complemented with superior material and finish supported by very experienced builders.

Weaknesses:

During the Bathroom & Cloak Room Project there were a number of issues with communication in reference to when the builders would attend site.

Opportunities:

Increased communication utilizing a detailed scope of works/project plan.

Threats:

We encountered a leak from the main bathroom shower toilet that was resolved very quickly.

Comments:

Overall we are very happy with the Bathroom & Cloak Room and would be happy to give 4 star review.

Revamp 2 Children's Bedroom Project

Objective:

Install fitted wardrobes and bedroom furniture flooring and decorate

Strengths:

Diligent and concise design complemented with superior material and finish supported by very experienced builders.

Weaknesses:

During the Revamp 2 Children's Bedroom Project there were a number of issues with communication with issues relating to a leak after radiators were installed and an electrical cable severed resulting in loss of an electrical appliance due to power breaker issues.

Opportunities:

Increased communication utilizing a detailed scope of works/project plan 4 eyes checking of water and electrical works.

Threats

We encountered a leak after radiators were installed and an electrical cable severed we still have some electrical issues and have encountered persistent leaks since.

Comments:

Overall we are very happy with the Revamp of the 2 Children's Bedroom based on some of the issues that we encountered and are still ongoing. I would review this project at 3 stars based on the leak and power issues..

Revamp Kitchen Project

Objective:

Install fitted fitted kitchen & flooring and decorate

Strengths:

Diligent and concise design complemented with superior material and finish supported by very experienced builders.

Weaknesses:

During the Kitchen Revamp the we encountering electrical issues and the leak reoccurred sadly these is are still outstanding and no responsibility has been taken to resolve other than to advice that we may have to pay for the repairs, for clarity we have never had leaks or power issues before any of the foresaid work had taken place by Essex Bathrooms & Kitchens we are feeling very dejected given we have spent over £30k and have been left with these issues.

Opportunities:

Increased communication utilizing a detailed scope of works/project some items like window sill was overlooked as part of the main objective also clarity on usability of the room would have assisted with cooking etc.

Threats

The loss of the kitchen although we were advised that the appliances would be operational this did cause issues with food preparation resulting in having to eat out at extra cost

Comments:

Overall we are very happy with the Revamp of the Kitchen. I would review this project at 3 stars based on the outstanding leak and power issues.

Essex bathrooms have been fantastic for us. On our tight timescale they have been helpful and prompt, and always delivered what they promised. They have also been immediately responsive to the minor issue we had following completion. A trustworthy company, thank you.

The service was excellent, very efficient. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. I was given a huge range of products to choose from Queries were dealt with promptly and the installation went smoothly, the various stages of work were done according to plan.
I have a good quality kitchen well fitted.

We had a new bathroom fitted and from day one Lewis and the team at Essex bathroom and kitchen were very helpful in all aspects from design to installation. The team were respectful throughout the entire installation to us and our house. They kept us informed at all stages during installation, any issues that arose we were informed and were dealt with quickly. The final result, a fantastic modern bathroom. Such a good result that we’ll be going back to them for our kitchen.

We had our bathroom completely replaced. From first contact to completion we found them friendly, efficient & professional across all trades. The work took five days as quoted & we were kept informed at each stage of what they had done & what they would do next. At the start of this process we had difficulty finding a company we felt we could trust to do a good job but are glad we found Essex Bathrooms & would recommend them to anyone.

Just completed a total refit of our bathroom, all work carried out in a very professional manner by dedicated tradesmen who were all very polite and helpful and made sure everything was to our satisfaction at every stage throughout.
Very satisfied with the excellent quality of workmanship and the end result is a fantastic new bathroom! My wife and I would definitely recommend Essex Bathrooms Kitchens and Bedrooms, you won't be disappointed.

Essex Bathrooms and Kitchens recently adapted my parents bathroom fitting a new shower, sink and toilet. The workmanship is excellent and the guys that carried out the work were particularly helpful to my 87 year old dad who is extremely hard of hearing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Everything was simple and straightforward from choosing the fittings, arranging when the work would be done,to timely completion of the job,everyone of the team were professional and helpful.

We had our bathroom and shower room done by Essex bathrooms and kitchens.From start to finish excellent organisation and communication. The level of workmanship is outstanding, do not hesitate in using this company 5 stars

Absolutely fantastic finish from start to finish. Right from visiting there showroom till the final sign off we have had nothing but complete professionalism from this company. They listen to exactly what you want and put forward ideas that you probably never thought about. They are happy to move things if you change your mind during installation but always consult first on exactly where you want an item to be fitted. Our bathroom looks amazing not only in a 3 bed end of terraced house but know it would also in a 10 bedroom mansion. Turned up every day on time and let you know in advanced if they weren't going to be there or running late due to traffic etc. They work around you and are happy to do so. My bathroom ran over time by a little bit due to staff shortages and other customers needs, but where more than happy to do half days when I had to go back to work.

Would highly recommend. Lewis was very efficient, professional and helpful when it came to advising on different design options. Nothing was too much and they managed to turn around the job in two weeks’. Super happy with finished product! Everything finished to a very high standard.

We had a an old tired bathroom renovated from top to finish.
We found the whole experience from the showroom to the final finish to be excellent
We did have some very minor issues which were promptly dealt with by Lewis.
We are really pleased with our new Bathroom and the products supplied.
As a result of this experience we used them again to renovate a shower enclosure in a Norfolk property that we also own.
Would recommend them.

Had complete en-suite installation and tiling. Very impressed with the process from start to finish. Lewis gave good advice on fittings and fixtures. Fitters were very professional and did a great job. Price reasonable. Very pleased with finished job.

Essex Bathrooms, Kitchens and Bedrooms finished installing my bathroom last Friday. Not only does it look amazing, but the installation itself was seamless. I would definitely recommend!

The process from start to finish has been reasonable.
Lewis (MD) was friendly and helpful with the order and suggestions. The contract staff were the same and advised us of any issues. In particular the sink had to be changed to a smaller version but I feel this due to miss measurements at order.
One or two boxes of tiles were broken on delivery and meant there was a shortage and tiler did not return to complete.
What should have been a week turned into two weeks to complete.
Surprised MD did not return to see completed work.

We would consider using the company again.
