In Wigan Pemberton, ESSO there is a problem with the diesel, the car does not run properly after refuelling there. I need to go to a different petrol station and refuel more diesel and the engine runs back to normal

On September 13th 2024, As I was driving my rental car back to the airport, I stopped at the station:
Munsterman Betriebbs A3 Mendebach West, Wiesbaden 65207

This was the closest station provided by the GPS, with minimal extra drive time

The station is labelled as Esso, however upon further research, we got to know, that this is actually run by Echo Tankstellen GmbH

I filled my Tank with the cheapest fuel: Benzin E10. For that they charged 2,209Euros/liter (attached). This is more than a very good bottle of wine!
At the same time on that day, the German average prices was as 1.669€uro per liter (proof. attached), this reflects a 32.35% increase for his COMMODITY.
As I called the station from the airport - believing this was a mistake - they confirmed, that the prices are set by centrally ( Echo tank Stellen very likely)
This means, that Echo Tank Dick is taking advantage of their position against customers who are in need of refueling close to the airport, upon returning their car rentals.
This is called Price gouging and is considered to be an illegal practice in many developed countries: in fact echo Tank Ass is charging +32,35% more than the regular price for E10.
I am attaching my invoice as well as the avg prices.
Stay alert and stay away from this defrauding company and station. Here again the address:

I was at the esso in Shannonville Ont early in the morning. First time I pre paid for gas as I wasn't sure what I needed. I paid at the counter. Filled up short by 49.00. I had asked the fella inside what happened if I didn't use it all and he assured me I would only be charged what I used. Unsure before I left the station and actually within one minute of finishing I checked my account and was billed the entire amount. I was again assured it would be corrected. After a day I contacted the only way you can through a chat. Prompt response of we will look into it. After a week and contacting Imperial who promptly told me it was the stations responsibility when they were telling me it would go through the Esso. Still no success. Dug around and found the owners number. Prompt response of I'll look into it. After much back and forth no success of final response. Can only wonder how many times this has happened to consumers. Having been in the POS industry as well as video surveillance I am very aware that this could be solved in less than one hour. Unfortunately for Esso who has been my choice for over 40 years over 49 dollars I'm done with them. This particular station I spend 3 to 400 a month.

I went to the petrol station tonight, picked up a Huel meal replacement drink, had some of it. Startted vomoting, it's frigging off. Phoned with no answer.

Esso Purfleet. Be very careful if you're charging your car at this location!! EUROPARKS beware!!! I was there a month ago charging my car and a few weeks later I received a PCN. I appealed it stating that I was charging my electric car. EUROPARKS replied to say that the charging app doesn't have my car registered therefore I am still liable, even though the picture in the car they took is electric and the time period I was there is clearly due to the fact I was charging. To add I can't add my car to the MFG app only the make. STEER clear of this petrol/charging station you're likely to pick up a parking ticket.

Normally have descent service at the Devonshire Road blackpool garage.. recently noticed a massive price increase i get often same items price goes up by 9 quid... dealt with it few times then asked for receipt moment I ask it drops back down guy had been adding stuff into what I asked for while doors were locked n having to use side window... this is round half 1 in morning so just a heads up get ur receipts dont pay for the guys beer when he finishes wirk

Esso’s customer service left much to be desired. When I asked about canceling my gas card, they assured me I had no debt, but the process was made overly difficult for no apparent reason. This experience has soured my opinion of Esso’s services.

I have never been spoken to more disrespectfully, or harmfully by ANY staff member that I have been by Esso. This staff experience was the worst I have ever had, being called stupid and yelled at over putting my ice into my iced coffee with another cup (and offering to pay for both cups). I am still stunned, left crying and no apology was given. I will not be using Esso again, avoid as much as possible.

Used the jet wash and vacuum service at Esso, because the car was particularly filthy it took more than 15 minutes to wash, I got a £60 fine a week later. Even after showing my receipts the fine had to be paid. I will never use this or any Esso ever again. I would rather drive the extra mile to use any other fuel provider.

I went to pay my gas at Esso Weyburn, Sk. The customer is east Indian it happened 4:40 pm. I asked the cashier to give a lightning ticket and I heard that my ticket win for $ 3.00. After that ot seems his rushing me with my points card. He told me I owed $61.15. And I paid. In my head I was expecting him to take $3.00 off and give me another ticket. This is the second time I bought a lightning ticket. My first experience is in Estevan but he took $3.00 out and give me new ticket. Why does this guy in Weyburn don't do it. I came back and asked why he did not take $3 off of my total owing and this he said I asked to validate now but you did not see yes. Oppsss do we need to do that it's a winning ticket give to customer. And he told me not to be rude and told him you are the one, you were rushing me to get my pc points and payment. Watch out with your winning one guys especially with that guy in weyburn he is older. The beard on his mouth is straight from his upper lip. Beware of this guy.

What petrol station doesn't sell 2 stroke oil.!!!!!, might as well go in and ask do they sell diesel!!!!.
My local Esso doesn't sell, what about all the 2 stroke scooters on the road....?.

Garage in Moreton in Marsh, if you want to see rudeness and complete incompetence, look no further than Anne at Esso in Moreton in Marsh. This charming individual has the personality of a chainsaw, coupled with room temperature IQ. Absolutely appalling customer service, happy to say that everyone who knows the lovely person, agrees that she’s simply so charming! Who would have thought that a Bok would be rude, I’m shocked that her employers allow this little ball of happiness and giggles near any customers

Disgusting place, disgusting staff. The pumps are too old and broken, every time one of them is not working. They also sometime just close the pumps to go for a rest without any warning and you might wait at the pump for 20 minutes before you realise they guy has gone to toilet. The staff are also untrained and vulgar and lack the minimum human interaction skills. DO NOT use this station. There is a another one at the other side of road few 100 meters which is cheaper (surprisingly because is Shell), newer working pumps and an M&S. The staff at this ESSO are also charlatans, what they did to me was that I guess they didn't like my face and I used to be regular who didn't get the receipt to save the environment. Once I filled up and paid and the guy told me ok, with a smirk on his face, I didn't realise what the smirk was for until 2 weeks later which I went in again and the guy told me you've done a runoff! Long story short the payment hasn't gone through, the smirk was for that, he knew that I gonna get a fine if he doesn't notify me , and guess what that smirk now cost me 30 pounds extra fine. DO NOT FILL AT THIS STATION AND IF YOU ABSOLUTELEY HAVE TO , ALWAYS ALWAYS ASK FOR A RECEIPT. Disgusting behaviour. Disgusting people. Disgusting pump.

I bought lump wood charcoal from Fleming way petrol station where I usually buy on 17 Friday May 2024 late evening for £7.99 and open on Saturday 18 th May to make BBQ had poured charcoal in BBQ tray , firstly the coal were wet so I thought I don’t want to waste time because everything was out in the garden and I wouldn’t go to your shop to exchange will carry on and should dry as I started to fire up but when I topped up with more coal it was wet and powder and couldn’t continue to make BBQ and then I went to the petrol station store and said to the sales assistant about the issue and I took the bag of charcoal that I purchased, the man was not ready either to replace or give me refund, he said couldn’t do anything because manager wasn’t there

Staff members are rude, and is not in one particular station most of the station, plus they fined me £100 while I was paying them

Went to collect a parcel and couldn't reach it as it was on the top locker and pushed right to the back. I asked the store assistant for help, if she had a stick or something to help me reach it. Her reply was "no, they are independent lockers". Yes I know they are independent and nothing to do with the store or petrol station, but I was asking for help; I am sure she had a broom or mop ahw could have lent me! Rude and unhelpful! In the end it took me about 5 minutes struggling to reach my parcel!

I filled up my car 24/4/24 for £30.01p at pump 3, I paid in cash £31.00 and got no change!! I thought perhaps I had made a mistake but when I looked at my receipt it stated the price charged was £30.01p and cash received £30.01p! By this time I was home. Day light robbery! I will stick to Shell filling stations from now on. Angry pensioner
