Everything went smoothly form the arrival, surgery and going back to the airport.
Everything was well planned from the people who know what they are doing.
Surgery went smoothly and well explained how to act after the surgery.

The company took care of me, drove from airport and to hospital, doctor explained everything, the translator was present, everything was fast, easy. It looked like I didn’t have enough donor area and so instead 4500 grafts I got only 3500, which didn’t cover the whole area, so I might have to make a second trip. Also airline company changed our flight last minute and we had to pay for transportation to airport additional as well as one more day at the hotel. Hotel was very nice, the grand Mira.

After researching clinics for many months, I finally decided to go with Estegrande. My rep Ryan made this whole process easy, any question or concern I had he was able to answer right away even with the time difference. From the beginning to the end this whole process was seamless, I was very nervous leading to the HT procedure and Ryan was by my side as much as he could, while in the procedure room he would come in the room every hour or so just to make sure I was ok. So happy I chose this clinic, now I think back I had no reason to have any doubts or even be nervous.

Overall, it was amazing and painless experience ( not the real surgery😊 ).
Rayan was an amazing person, he is very responsive and acts on your need quickly.
I did solo visit to Istanbul - Rayan was able to guide me and arrange me everything in hotel and in hospital.
He supported emotionally when in hospital.

Very happy with everything so far. Everything handled in a polite and friendly manner. Taxi service was good. Hotel was really nice. Micheal went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend.

If you are reading this, then like I was you are thinking about a hair transplant. I am 53, was thinking about it since I was in my early 30’s, but family finances always took priority. In May, this year a friend of mine said that he’d booked up with esteGrande for transplant in October, I was amazed at the low price and said that he had to keep me updated. Then on the 12th of October I bumped into him, he had only had the procedure completed on the previous Thursday. I was amazed at his hair line and was completely jealous and excited. He told me how well that esteGrande had looked after him and his wife on their 3-day trip. I asked him to send the contact details. That evening, I was on it, I contacted Ryan (esteGrande consultant). It was 9.42pm(GMT) when I sent my first message to Ryan, at 11.50pm(GMT) Ryan responded, I could not believe this as it must have been 1.50am or 2.50am in Turkey. Within 5 minutes I had all of the information to get things rolling, photos of my hair sent over to Ryan and wait for the doctor to review the following day. Information and voice messages went back and forth. By the Wednesday, I had booked my flights and paid my deposit to esteGrande. I was buzzing, all communications were done over WhatsApp, I thought this was a bit weird at first, but it’s so much easier than emails. So, within four days of seeing my friends post op results, I was booked up and flying out to Istanbul in 2 weeks’ time. On the run up to my flights I had frequent communication with Ryan, he was really great to deal with, it felt like I’d made a new friend and was looking forward to meeting him in person. I was travelling solo & flying out from Manchester at 7.15am, to Istanbul international airport. When I arrived in Turkey, I just followed the video instructions that Ryan had sent me. This was great, it was a video walking through the arrivals lounge right from the arrivals to the pickup point. Ryan was in communications with me throughout the day, confirming all my moves to make sure everything went smoothly, He confirmed my pickup time of 8am the following morning. I arrived at the hotel late afternoon, so chilled out, went for a walk in the evening. The following morning, I was up early, the hotel was amazing. The breakfast…. I was told to have a light breakfast. At the hospital I was greeted by Ryan and his team, we relaxed with tea and a chat. It was really great to final meet Ryan in person. We then went through the paperwork and payments, then it was blood test, ECG and a check over from the doctor. We were then back chatting about the procedure; hair line lines being drawn on my forehead. All medical results back and all clear given by the doctor. So, it was into the treatment room, Ryan was with me all of this time, along with two nurses and the lead doctor. The first step is to harvest the donor follicles, Ryan explained what the next steps was. He placed a sponge in one of my hands and held the other. INJECTIONS…. These are painful, but I was not going to let it show. Once the back of my head was numb, the harvesting began, with Ryan chatting to me I was feeling comfortable and relaxed. The harvesting went on for about 4 hours, then I was taken out for a lunch break. We were soon back in the treatment room, this time it was time to numb the front/top of my head and start the process of transplanting, this was more comfortable. At 6.15pm, I was shown the post op results in a mirror, this instantly turn on the biggest smile I have felt for years, I felt like I was smiling from inside. By 6.30pm I was bandaged up, all the post op information received and Ryan showed me to my car for the lift back to the hotel. I went up to my room and chilled, but then I needed fresh air and food. So went for a walk to a local restaurant. Sleeping, you need to sleep sitting up, as Ryan had given me a neck pillow, Then 9am pick up for trip back to esteGrande hospital, this was for a head wash, check over and follow up care information. This was all done within a couple of hours.

I would like to thank Este Grande and especially Bruce for their assistance and support through out my hair transplant operation. Everything was very well organized from the Day 1 and even now they are more than willing to answer my questions and to check my condition. They are doing very good job and they are working with professionals. I will recommend Este Grande to my friends and family who would like to proceed with the same operation. Thank you once again for your dedication and professionalism.

Whatever I needed or questions I had the representative was very good at answering through WhatsApp before I got to turkey. Booking the procedure was very easy. When I got to turkey the instructions that were giving were very clear as a representative is there waiting for you just outside the airport where your transfer will pick you up and take you to the hotel. The hotel itself was spot on for the 2 nights I stayed. Breakfast both mornings was very good aswell. There was room service I could order at night for tea aswell which was helpful especially on operation day as you don’t want to be walking round looking for somewhere to eat. The hospital from the hotel was a 2 minute drive. It there where you meet another representative who was nice and kind and made us feel very welcomed. Firstly you pay the remaining money owed then He helps you go through all the tests you need to have with the doctor before you can go ahead with the procedure. After I passed all these i then met the nurses and surgeon. They were all very friendly and welcoming as everyone was throughout the whole process. The operation itself was very good and fairly painless. Always checking to see if I’m okay throughout the whole procedure. I would say it took around 6 hours but went quite quickly. Had a break halfway through where they had my dinner ready for me, Was very nice. Afterwards when they were done they bandaged me up checked to make sure I was okay before getting my driver to take me back to the hotel. The next morning they pick you back up to go back to the hospital for your first clean. Give you all the products that you get within your package to look after your hair which are very good. Give you instructions on how to use them and when to use them. After that the driver took us back to the airport where we then came back home. All in all I would recommend Este-grande to anyone that is looking for a hair transplant. They help you with absolutely everything, Evan regarding best flight times to get. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and very helpful. The staff at the hotel where very good aswell. I’m 10 days post operation now and so far so good, can’t wait for the end product and have a full head of hair again thanks to Este-grande.

The organisation of my visit was easy and very good, hassle free and made the feel as easy, the day of the procedure was very efficient, the team were brilliant. I had 4000 grafts and up until now everything is going well. Now just waiting for the final results and will update on progress

Perfect. While the procedure is painful it is without a doubt worth it. My representative Michael was fantastic from the initial inquiry all the way through post op he was a message away. Always helpful, never pushy, he reccomend things to do pre surgery around Instanbul and kept in touch after to help with recovery as well as being with me all day for the surgery. The procedure is not to be taken lightly, but I could not be happier with how it all went. I would highly recommend having a hair transplant with estegrande.

All the stuff from este grande were really kind and especially Michael, who helped me from day one with all my questions till today 3 weeks after the hair transplant, that asked me if everything is ok. I am writing to share my dissatisfaction with the hair transplant procedure I underwent at Este Grande in February 2023, now 1 year and 7 months ago. My initial point of contact was Charlie, the medical consultant on WhatsApp, who was highly responsive before the surgery. However, Charlie disappeared immediately after the procedure, and there was no follow-up from anyone at the clinic. This lack of post-surgery communication was very disappointing.

I chose to undergo the procedure primarily to address the thinning areas on my crown and top of my head. I was assured that 3,800 to 4,000 grafts would be implanted to cover these areas effectively. However, post-surgery, it became evident that the grafts were not placed as promised. Despite contacting Charlie, he insisted that the areas were fully covered and assured me that results would be visible after eight months.

Although I diligently followed the aftercare instructions, including using the free one-month care package and purchasing an additional six-month package for $480, the results have been highly unsatisfactory. Despite adhering to the prescribed medication, hair spray, and shampoos, there has been no noticeable improvement, and my hair looks much the same as before the surgery.

Given my experience, I am left questioning the authenticity of the positive reviews on this platform. I do not recommend Este Grande for hair transplantation based on my disappointing experience.

This was my second visit to EsteGrande, my first being in 2020. The service back then was already excellent, but I was pleased to see that it’s improved even more this year.

The entire process is seamless, starting with an initial consultation on WhatsApp right through to the moment you arrive in Turkey and have the procedure done. Communication is clear, and all my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. From airport pick-up to hotel arrangements, everything is well-organised, making the experience stress-free and straightforward.

Albert and the doctors were exceptional throughout my visit. They were not only friendly and professional but also genuinely cared about ensuring I felt comfortable and informed at every step. Their attention to detail and expertise were evident, and they went out of their way to make sure I was at ease.

Overall, I am very happy with the service so far and impressed by how things have improved since my first visit. I would highly recommend EsteGrande to anyone considering a hair transplant. Huge thanks to Albert and the whole team for their outstanding support!
