Everything went smoothly. Albert was my main point of contact and guided me through the entire process, from airport transfer to surgery and post-operative care. It all went exceptionally well; the doctor and staff were incredibly kind and supportive. I would recommend this to everyone.

Wanted my hair doing for a long time but was sceptical, my friend went over to Istanbul and used este grande 2 years ago and he had great results and said it was such a straight forwards and pain free procedure. So I took the jump and contacted Ryan via WhatsApp he sorted everything out for me all I had to do was book a flight and let him do the rest. 10 days post surgery I am sat back home with all scabs gone and pain free. So glad I finally got it done! Time to kick back and wait for it to grow out!

EsteGrande were excellent, transportation to and from both istanbul airports was organised for me, even with customs issues resulting in 1am exit from the airport I was escorted to my accommodation. The service surrounding the procedure was also excellent, making sure all efforts were made to satisfy my requests. And the surgical team were also very professional and visibly well educated and trained with the whole process.

I would like to thank this great team that welcomed me very well, it was a very pleasant experience, everyone was impeccable with me, I was accompanied by Ryan Nick who made me feel very comfortable and kindly explained all the processes. I recommend everyone

Recently I made the decision to finally get my hair transplant.
After many years of deliberating I final took the plunge, I’d been to see many UK consultants and it was always just to out of reach for me, then a friend of a friend put me in contact with Michael at EsteGrande and within a matter of a few weeks I was booked and ready to go.

From start to finish and still now, I’ve been super impressed with these guys, Micheal reassured me about the processes, explaining via WhatsApp’s what happens, how I’d be looked after and how things will progress after the transplant. They also made me feel a million dollars on arriving, with VIP treatment and being looked after the whole time.
The transplant it’s self, was a crazy but great experience, the surgeon and his team were fantastic, super diligent, I was so impressed with the whole processes from arriving at the hospital to leaving was way above what I expected.
My hair is already starting to look great with loads of great compliments from friends and family so already given me a huge confidence boost…

Had a full head hair transplant with EsteGrande in Turkey. They were very supportive from start to finish and even now still check up on me. The whole experience has been great.

You people are liers, why are you people deceiving people.
First of all to your reply, I had no problem with my donor area. And secondly, No Doctolor has called me. One of your consultant called me that, I should come to Turkey for second operation, and that i won't pay anything. I told him, it wasn't my first OP, it my second already. So i asked him , do you want to tell me, I should do 3rd operation. The first and second have ruined my life. Where is the donor area for the 3rd transplant. You people have destroyed my donor area.
He couldn't author a word. He then told me, they will send me some Medicine, Derma stamp and coconut oil, in which i will use for my hair.
I told him Mr. Bruce has already told me to use that, since 4 months ago. And am using that and am not seeing any improvement. He then said. OK I will tell our Dr. to contact you. Since last week no one has called me.

Please my innocent people who want to do thier hair there. if anyone wants to see my donor area before the operation, I will definitely send my pictures and videos, to verify it yourself or send it to every hair transplant Doctor to prove if I had a problem with my donor area. They are telling a liar. Yes am an African, and every one will verify we have thick hairs. Why do you have to lair, and deceive innocent people. Please as i have already said, I will send my videos and pictures before to everyone who want to do thier hair transplant by esteGrande, to verify or decide for himself, or herself.

Secondly the area they did the transplant, is now worse. Why will I come and write something like that if is not true. What will I gain.

You people requited, before the hair transplant and after the hair transplant pictures and videos, although you people took several pictures before the operation, THINKING I had no proof of what I was talking about. I have sent all that to you. Now you people are in shock .
Remember,there is a God, who will pay, each one according to his works. Today maybe me, but do you people know what the future holds for telling a liar. Someone will also definitely do the something to you people. What goes around comes around. I hope you believe that.
I have decided to go on YouTube to show everyone how my hair look before and how it looks now.
I am very disappointed, angry, and sad. I have had 2 hair transplant with esteGrande. For you to accept the mistake what this company has done, you people are justifie yourself
and saying all sort of things. I came to you people, literally with little problem within my middle head. But now you people have destroyed my donor area, and the middle hair i had the little problem is also worse. I ended also buying your product shampoo and spray, thinking it will help. All was waste of money and rubbish.
I have all the pictures before and after. If I look at them, I always cry. Now I have to wear wings, and scarf to cover my hair because i can't go out without it. I look like a sick person.
They have destroyed me. I have consulted a skin doctor in Germany, Düsseldorf where i lived, in connection with my hair problem, they told me, I have to pray because esteGrande didn't do the transplant well. I contacted my consultant Mr. Bruch, he is out of words and apologising. I have wasted my time, life, and money for nothing. Absolute nothing. I will not advise anyone to go there. PLEASE DON'T BE A VICTIM!
Please if you want to know the truth of what i am saying never and ever give your experience after the transplant. Wait for the results. Because that was the reason why you want there. Not Vip Bus, not sleeping at what they called 5 star hotel, not calling you Madam or Sir. But the end results is what you need.
Because they will pressure you, yes, pressure you after the hair transplant to give your experience after the hair transplant.

If you don't believe me read all the messages, those who gave 5 stars, 99.9 percent was just after the hair transplant. I was a victim for don't doing my research well.
Don't waste your money, time, pain, and life for that. A word to a man is enough.

I had my operation 3 days ago. So far so good! Staff were very nice. Hotel and transportation was good. They allowed the no shave option which is what I wanted for work related reason which I was happy about.

Regarding the result I'm not sure how they will turn out. Looks like good coverage and not very much redness only at the doner area. Procedure took around 6-7 hours.

Minor things that could be improved. There wasn't a TV on so fairly boring lying on procedure for very long but ended up falling asleep. Chairs were a bit rusty which could do with some new ones. When getting the shampoo package there should be a service to ship items back to your country as bottles are too large to bring home.

Other then that very good experience overall.

From the beginning (informations asking) to the surgery, i had a very nice experience with este grande, especially with Ryan who help me choose thw right package for me. He was there the day of the surgery to make sure that i was confortable, i have a really good experiences because of him!!

I travelled to Istanbul from Edinburgh in February 2023 for my hair transplant. My initial dealings with Este Grande were great, they appeared professional and the reviews etc. online all seemed very positive apart from the odd couple which seemed out of the ordinary so i went with the majority and how wrong i was.

Where it all went wrong:
- when i arrived at the hotel after landing in Istanbul, albeit later than planned due to the plane being delayed in the air around the airport. This meant a delay in reaching the hotel. When checking in i was told my room had been cancelled and there was no rooms left. I called my advisor Nelly and we got it sorted but not before spending 2hours in the reception area waiting for a room.
- The day of the operation, i was told to be at the hospital for 2.15pm so was collected and made my way there. 4 -5 hours of sitting around later i was then taken through. This is when it all started to go wrong and the comments made by the few people who wrote negative feedback started to come true. The main person who dealt with the Anaesthetic etc. was an absolute monster of a human being, he should be in jail for his work ethic and malpractices. This started with him shaving my head, this was the most barbaric experience ever, it was like i was a piece of meat, he just had no idea or professionalism in anything he did, I have a scar on my head which was pouring with blood by the time he’d finished. Then came the anaesthetic, this guy used my head like a pin cushion and when i gave a groan out of pain, he and the other 4 or so people in the room all started to laugh and make fun of me, this did not stop him continually stabbing the needle into my head saying pain, pain, and them all laughing again, which i must admit is a very painful experience. I’m covered in tattoos and have sat through 6hours of tattooing, but 3-4mins of sitting through this butchers anaesthetic was torture and something no-one should have to endure. Once the hairs had been extracted from my donor area, again which was over harvested and I’m still suffering now but it is slowly growing back, i was told to turn over. At this point i told the person, whoever he was, that he making me very nervous and that I wasn’t happy and that I didn’t trust him, this seemed to resonate with him and my experience with him improved after that, unfortunately, the damage was already done.
- The other people in the room that helped with extraction, channeling and the transplant were not much better, there didn’t appear to be any care given around hygiene, so much so the girl who was channeling actually coughed on my head while she was working which i questioned but their English was terrible so was ignored.
- 6 or so hours later i was finished but all i wanted to do was get away and get home as quickly as possible. The remaining experience before i left, the hair washing and aftercare were all perfectly fine and i can;t fault them. But I’ll never go back.

20 months on, my head is still in pain. I was dealing with my contact Nelly who was very helpful throughout but I’ve now stopped conversing with her due to the issues I’m having and the only care i seem to get from them is about sending them pictures on a weekly basis as that’s all they are interested in.

To summarise, i would avoid this company like the plague, they are not professional, I’m not convinced the people working there have an medical experience and the main guy who does the bulk of the operation is as mentioned before a monster and should be in jail not a hospital.
I’ve actually written of the money that I’ve spent and whether the hair transplant is actually going to be a success as right now it doesn’t look or feel like there’s anything different other than my head being in a right old mess and the ongoing pain I’m in.

Please, if you do nothing else then read this and the other negative feedback reviews as this is the raw truth and people need to be warned and aware before letting this company impact your life, and not in a positive way.

Great experience with great staff. Step by step guidance, always available to help. My VIP consultant, Albert, always went out of the way to make this experience as comfortable as possible.

they used the "old" transplant technology were the transplantation has 3, not 2 steps. (FUE Technic not DHI)
my skin in the transplant area was "red" half a year.
the hair is not closely enough transplanted. you see gaps between the hair.
they charge extra money for after care products. costs are i think 500€ for the products for half a year. They could have said this before the operation and the flight to istanbul. many additional products could be bought that you do not "calculate" before, because you don't know.

At first I was very nervous and I travelled from the United Kingdom for this hair transplant, Ryan made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Even after my hair transplant is done, he is checking up on me to ensure I am ok and if I need anything. He is always answering my questions and a very kind person.

The company is very professional and they do all medical checks before carrying out the hair transplant process to ensure everything is ok. Very experienced staff and very lovely people.

I am from Texas. I started balding in my crown 10 years ago and started receding. I was referred to hair transplant method by a friend and he also mentioned Turkey is the best. I started doing lots of research, spoke to several clinics in Turkey. And met within my circle in Texas who went to Este Grande and explained me the procedure, cost, actual process and other details. I spoke to Este Grande and we decided to go with them with some uncertainty and anxiety. But our results were good. Thier service was excellent. They had two translators for us whenever we are in the clinic. We stayed in a hotel about 20 mts from the clinic. It looked like a downtown with lots of malls and restaurants nearby.

We landed on Thursday late evening sometime in Nov 2023 and we had a pick up by the clinic. Around 40 mins drive to our hotel. Next day we had a wake up call and we were told the day before the time for pick up. The hotel breakfast was amazing.. all Mediterranean healthy choices. We were dropped at the clinic and they did the check up. And in the morning was harvesting, that took about 2 hours and then we were given packed lunch. In the afternoon the plantation about 2 hours. I actually slept thought the entire course. I requested for more anesthesia and since I knew it will be very painful. Anesthesia is directly injected on your scalp. It hurts, however it helped me to sleep through the course. After the course, we had a huge bandage around our head. I felt nothing except that like wearing a helmet and walking around. In fact we came to the hotel and were watching a movie like normal. Next day morning, is dressing removal. There were red patches around with little discomfort. After the removal, we went to a small nearby and had food and drinks. Anyways, for first week it was very discomofring that you can't sleep with your had laying down. You will have a prickly and itching pain. Ok.. it has been almost 8 months now, my hair is in full form. Although you don't get that kind of natural dense. But I feel like I never lost hair. First 3-4 months you don't see any results other than small growth here and there. Regular massaging will help along with minoxidil that you can buy outside. Overall it was a good experience and very happy with their service and results. Go for it.

I travelled from South Africa for the procedure. I was very happy to work with Rober, as my contact and point person for the FUE procedure. Despite the language difference between patient and doctor, it was extremely well handled by Rober. He handled all my questions anytime of day/night until my stay in Istanbul was over. The reality is the nurses or ‘technicians’ do most of the work but they seemed competent. I was told ‘under Dr supervision’. Apparently the gold standard is to have your procedure handled entirely by the Doctor him/her self. I still need to complete my first 2 weeks after the procedure, so cannot verify final results yet. Will post in 6 and 12 months again.

Amazing experience, I am very much satisfied with the staff , the service was amazing everything was top class. The hospital facilities were much more higher then my expectations. They treated me very nicely and was really humble. Overall the experience was really great definitely recommended. Especially thanks to Mr. Micheal , an amazing person guided me really well.
