The staff is courteous and truly professional. The hair transplant process is good. Michael is excellent. I will highly recommend this company.

All the organisation took us in charge since the airport at the beginning until the end at the airport! They were very professional. The surgery sent very well all the crew took care of us to be sure that we don’t worry about anything.

Great service by the Rober and Alper. They trying their very best to accommodate all my request. Their team also very professional to providing the information and the operation. Definitely will recommend who wanted to come here for hair transplant.

Elana was my VIP consultant and she was really amazing to work with. From my first interaction with her on WhatsApp, she answered my initial inquiry around 10 PM in the evening and set up a complementary consultation at their clinic for the next day! She had me picked up at my hotel and my consultation with her at the clinic was very professional and she provided me with all the answers to my questions, speaking very fluently in English. This put my mind at ease and I ended up booking with them and went the next day for surgery!! I am two weeks out now and, I am thrilled with the result. Elana, the nurse and Doctor Who did the surgery, were all top-notch… and the food halfway through the surgery was really good too lol. (chicken and mashed potatoes and vegetables). Highly recommend this clinic. It was also the right price and very competitive cost (I had met with two other clinics as well.] Sincere thank you Elana and Este Grande!

Robert and Ryan were really helpful to me in making the process relatively smooth, from consultation, to supporting me with booking my flights to Istanbul. The clinic got me booked in quickly, I was booked in within the space of 3 months!

The hotel was really nice and they upgraded my room. It’s a business hotel, so not much going on but it’s in central Kartal - which was a quiet but relatively nice area of Asian Istanbul. There’s a shopping mall not too far away which is beautiful.

The procedure was straight forward and I had someone speaking English to me when I needed it - although the doctor and his nurse assistants were always checking how I was. They also chauffeur you everywhere.

I’m about 9 days post op right now and all my crusts have fallen out, it’s healing really nicely and I can already see I’m going to love my full head of hair (when it finally grows properly) - they’ve done an ace job.

One thing I would say and the only reason this technically isn’t a 5* - make sure you bring all of your cash to pay with you. They tried charging me 20 of the treatment in ‘commission’ for using my card!! Luckily I managed to barter them down to 10% cos I was having none of that.

Thank you for really looking after me Este Grande, but I really hope I won’t be needing you again haha!

Since i get in touch with Etegrande thru . Rober the kind of details he provides was. Excelent, and coordination provided could not be better. Once in turkey and during surgeri i was very please with the amability and expertise of the personnel that carry out surgery. I am 100% satisfied and recommend to other fellows if they need to perform hair transplant.

I was treated perfectly. Albert was my contactperson and he made my experience amazing. Everything was very clear and all the doctors were very kind and helpfull. They made sure that i had the best experience possible and made sure that i did not miss any appointments and got back to the airport safely. Also the results are extraordinary. My hairline is as straight as i wanted and they check on me regularly to make sure i stay happy.

Amazing customer service, everything was seamless, from the airport collection to the hotel, the hospital was smart very clean and the doctors and surgeons were friendly and incredibly talented.
Ryan my esteGrande representative was incredible, kept me updated and informed the whole time, and even came to see me during the last stage of my treatment!
The fact they have a GP who checks your health and they run a ECG and blood tests before your treatment is great to have the full health check and know you'll be absolutely fine throughout.
I'll definitely be recommending this service and Ryan to my friends and family, I've been delighted with the service, and I can't wait to see my finished results! 😊

EsteGrande has performed several hair transplants on family and friends of ours, so my nephew and I were confident in receiving the same excellent service. Our contact person was Ryan, and I must say EsteGrande is very fortunate to have Ryan on their team. Ryan has been available before, during and after this entire process. He made sure each and every one of our questions was answered, if he did not know something, he made sure he was honest to tell us and he would find out the answers for us. It has been three weeks since our surgeries, and so far so good!!! Ryan has been in contact with us even till this morning, making sure we are progressing well and he is still available to answer any questions we may have. The entire process has been positive from the moment we landed there. Even though we had a late arrival on a Sunday evening, Ryan made sure we were greeted by a very polite chauffeur, who drove us to our hotel. The hotel was very nice, with a great front desk staff, and a delicious breakfast. Ryan coordinated all our transportation back and forth to the hospital and airport. The staff at the hospital were friendly and very knowledgeable. They made sure they explained each step in advance, so there were no surprises. I highly recommend EsteGrande to anyone looking into hair transplants. I have already told a few of my other friends and given Ryan's number so I know they will experience the same excellent service my nephew and I received. Thank-you EsteGrande !!!!

My experience with Etse Grande was a good one, everything from the transplant has gone well so far, plus Jack who’s been the one who’s guided me from the beginning until now, is always quick to respond to anything I have asked and gave me plenty of advice etc!

5 days post surgery and i do not have any complaints about the whole package. Bruce (my vip consultant) was always available for any questions with fast responses. the transport was always on time. Hotel was nice and clean. Rachel (my translator) was helpful and kind. The surgery team seem to me to be qualified and confident in their work.

I really had a safe and wonderful experience at esteGrande. It’s been 4 days since my operation and I haven’t felt a pain or discomfort in my head or any other part of my body. What stood out the most was the adorable and kind gestures of the staffs at esteGrande as they made my comfort and wellbeing a priority. From the minute I spoke to rober I had constant communication, any question was answered and all my doubts and worries was wrapped up.

I can not recommend this company anymore, from getting picked up at the airport, the hotel and the whole operation, there staff could not do enough for you, the had translators all the way through it, they would care about you and give you all the time and attention you needed to get through it, the aftercare was great also, great advise on how to move forward when you get home, medication and cleaning kit was provided, if you are in any doubt if you should go with this company then read this review and take my advise and go with it, I’ve heard a lot of horror stories and these are just top class, I look forward to seeing the end results!
