Esupplybox 

I ordered a NEW scanner with this company. I received a refurbished one with a large yellow sign saying it was. I contacted customer service saying I would keep the refurbished for the price of the same refurbished scanner on THEIR website. I sent pictures with the sign to Customer Service and he sent me an email with a return label to send it back and they will send out a new one. Two weeks later, I still had not received my new scanner so I emailed customer service and they told me to call Sales to check on it. The sales man was very rude and literally huffed and sighed as I was talking. Then he read a "note in my order" saying, "I don't think we will meet this customer’s expectations." My expectation is: if I pay for a new scanner I get a new scanner. Then he gave me my options to pick from, which were all refurbished scanners marked off $20. I asked for a full refund and was sent back to Customer Service and he processed right away "because they never had what I ordered." An entire month later I find out they never had what I ordered and did not tell me until I called BUT THEY DID CHARGE MY CARD THE SAME EXACT DAY I ORDERED.

When I tried to write customer service it said my order number did not exist. My order was canceled by esupplybox. I had bought a printer and noticed after I ordered esupplybox raised the price by 100 dollars a day or two after that they nearly tripled the price. Esupplybox had the printer but refused to sell as advertised.

They Sent me used when I ordered new. Then avoided my return.

Have both bought from and sold to this company. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible customer service. I purchased two printers and they've remained in the Processing status even after a customer service rep said they were scheduled to ship that day. Now when I try to communicate about the order I get a msg that my order # is invalid.

Please beware. I bought three printers and the day they should of arrived I got an email the order was cancelled. No noticed and reason.

*****STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY********* They advertise that the printers are new, then when you call to see why your order has not shipped they try and sell you an open box or refurbished printer. I saw they had a three star rating but should have looked at the most recent posts. Look at the most recent posts it says it all!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Just to make long story short... basically as the reviews below... placing an order for new printer at great! price -> no new printer on stock, "we have one on sock but refurbished at even better price" -> lie, lie, lie, this one isn't also on stock, but somewhere in warehouse in Ohio?? -> then another 2 weeks of waiting...-> so you're canceling the order...-> then you are told that unfortunately the printer was shipped out and you have to cover the shipping charges!!!! Unbelievable!!! These people should be reported somewhere ASAP. Is there any office I could report it?

wanted a new Xerox Printer. their website showed they had one.

I ordered it. they came back a couple of days later & said all they had was one "refurbished" printer. I said O.K. they charged me the same price as a new one.

when it arrived, no paperwork at all. no receipt, packing list. nada.

printer does not work. :-( :-( :-( stupid me.

I never read reviews. I never write reviews, until now. Ordered two new printers that never showed up. I called to check status and was told by a nice lady who informed me that they were out of stock. She was so nice that when I told her that they still showed available on the website and at a cheaper price, she just laughed. Then I told her that while I was on the phone I looked up some reviews and they ALL said the same thing; "DO NOT BUY", " Not in stock, but I can sell you a refurbished model", Terrible company", she continued to laugh. When I told her to just cancel the order, she said "No problem, is there anything else I could do for you?" WHAT???!!!!!! She should have asked if there was anything else she could NOT do for me. The positive reviews listed here must have been written by Esupplybox employees. There is no other way to have so many consistently bad reviews and then someone throws in a five star rating. Ridiculous. Do not run from this company, jump on a plane and fly far far away!!!!

Completed an order on the website for a printer I needed. Received an email confirmation / receipt. Got a call 4 days later saying they didn't realize they didn't have my item in stock but did have a used version they could send out (bait and switch) for a barley discounted price. I asked them to expedite the shipping so I could still receive the item in the timeline expected and they told me it would cost me $180 additional. I asked that since the issue was their fault if they would cover the shipping cost and was told its not in their interest to do so.
Horrible company, does not care for the customer at all and do not expect to get what you ordered within a reasonable time frame.

They were helpful and communicated well with me every step of the way. Available by phone and email to answer questions.

Fantastic customer service but the HP printer I was going to order (they showed several different ones in stock online, refurbished and new) seemed too good to be true, so I called and customer service proceeded to tell me they had NONE in stock. You cannot depend on their web site to show what they actually have. It allowed me to load it in my cart and go all the way to the purchasing section. I am sure I would have received a call days later stating they no longer had my printer...but guess what now they have my credit card, phone number and email. ugh

Placed an order for a mid level printer for several hundred $, a week later checked on the order and found they didn't have it in stock actually, and would get back with me as to when they would be getting one. I had already received the extra memory for the machine purchased by a third party as esupplybox didn't offer that. after a few emails, i called two weeks later and after FIVE phone attempts with one being on hold over 15 mins., finally was told they have no inventory, don't see one of these printers they sold me coming in, don't know if they every would get one in, but would like me to wait and see if i ever receive it. I asked what could he offer and he replied that he could possibly give me a refurbished model, but offered absolutely nothing else, not even offering a solution to sell me another new machine, he ONLY reacted to my questions and suggestions and had NOTHING proactive. Horrible customer service, it seems to be a scam company and one man operation with lots of phone extension choices set up to imply a larger and legitimate company. They are not!

Can't get in touch with anyone

they lie and try to cheat
I ordered a printer, said they could not send overnight but could send a faster and newer one for $100s more
got an older, slower used one and they ignore return requests and emails and phone calls
their website also shows the printer they sent for about 1/2 the price
I am disputing the charge with my credit card company
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS-BAD, DISHONEST, NONRESPONSIVE PEOPLE

HP printer. I called esupplybox when my old printer broke and they were very helpful. They helped me choose the right printer for my needs. 3 cheers for ESB!!

Order never fulfilled:

I placed an order on a new printer HP laserjet 1300 that they offer a great price. A few days later, got a call from them that they do not have that anymore. I just went online and looked on their website and they still have that up. I am not sure what they are trying to pull. They did try to offer me a reconditioned or refurbished with the same printers.
I will never shop with them.

Why pay more?? Got it faster than I thought. We saved almost a 100.00 off of an Amazon price for the same exact thing. Shipping arrived in 2 days once we knew it was shipped. Worth the few days waiting for processing in my opinion.

Great delivery service and the product worked just as I expected.
