I purchased a toner cartridge from esupplybox. It was my first time using this company. I found the online purchasing process simple and straightforward. The time it took to arrive was satisfactory. I haven't used the toner yet, as it was bought for a spare, but the packaging looks good. I would recommend esupplybox to friends, and at this point I do think i will be a repeat customer.

This is a great company. They have a big selection of everything I needed. The service was perfect and the items I needed came really quick. I'll definitely be ordering from this place again and be recommending it to all my co-workers.

Esupolybox's customer service is completely unaccommodating. Additionally, the company's return policy is not forthcoming. I had 4 email exchanges with the company before they disclosed to me that a return label could not be sent to me so I could return a toner cartridge. My initial email made my intentions very clear of my desire to return a toner cartridge. The representative provided several options to me as a deterrent to returning toner cartridge. When I insisted that I did not want to order additional products, instead I only wanted to return the unwanted cartridge, the representative informed me that I have to provide my own labeling and the refund would be issued once the package was returned, minus a 17.9% restocking fee.

The service was excellent. Ordering was simple and I received it very quickly. And, the prices can't be beat. Thank you.

Easy enough to order and it came quickly

Ordered on the 13th, it had not shipped by the 27th so we sent and email asking to cancel it. On the 28th they acknowledged the cancellation and asked that we call to explain the cancellation, then on the 5th of the next month, we received a USED printer even though we had paid for a NEW printer. This company is not worth the effort to deal with.

I called before ordering a New HP printer for a customer and was told it would ship and arrive to me in 7 to 10 days after I ordered. My customer was OK with that so I ordered it. Seven days later I received a call telling me they could only get me a refurbished unit, and my customer was NOT OK with that. I then had to scramble to find a replacement and apologize to my customer. I will NOT EVER order from them again and would not recommend that anyone rely on what they tell you.

Our company bought a re-furbished printer and it worked better than the one we bought new 5 years ago. Thank you for the Quick responce and turn around time. Hope to do a lot more business with your company
