Great Experience
Easy to use site, good options to get exactly what you want, pricing is excellent as is shipping cost. Server was delivered in a couple of days, very well packaged and very clean inside, no hint of dust or grime in the fans.
Came fully firmware updated also which was a nice touch.

Order for Dell server 3.8TB SSD.
Ordered a 3.8TB SSD for a 14th Gen PowerEdge server on a Sunday morning. Monday morning I was emailed by someone at ETB asking me what type of tray I wanted - as there are different trays for different generations of PowerEdge. They said that the tray would be free and that if I let them know by 15:00 (time of FedEx despatch) they would ensure it goes with the correct one. I rang them up at 14:45 and informed them it was 14th Gen. Not only were they very polite and curteous, within 30 mins of that call I received email from both ETB and FedEx saying that the SSD was on its way. Very efficient and excellent service.

Outstanding customer service
I ordered 2 sticks of 64GB ECC ram, and had an issue with 1 of them throwing ECC corrections in memtest pro.
While the RMA was being arranged, I ordered another 3 sticks and had them shipped on a Saturday, so I could test over the weekend to keep my build on schedule. This morning all tests have passed, and the RMA stick has been collected.
Only possible because of the help of the ETB staff dealing with everything quickly and helpfully.
This is sadly not common these days, so when I receive great support I have to stop and share so other people can know. It's only when things get a little complicated that you find out how good companies really are.
