I ordered a refurbished graphics card. I missed the 2pm deadline (just a few mins) but they still processed next day delivery. I was given tracking and the card arrived next day and packaged well. Card appearance was perfect, also installed and performs perfect. I saved significantly on a new card and got a fine card with guarantee.

Serious no-fuss Hi-tech shopping for the discerning buyer
I came across ETB during a semi-engaged Google search. They had exactly what I was looking for and a huge range of options for a motion picture workstation (Dell 7920) built to spec. The ordering system was clear, efficient and easy. I wish I had more money to buy another workstation! Also, the live chat was an excellent experience. Delivery arrived 4 hours late...but that was also tracked. Overall an excellent customer experience and I am moderately hard to please.
