Better warranty, service and support than buying new!
We've used ETB for years now, their service and support is better than any other retailer, without a doubt. We've had situations where new, enterprise equipment has failed after a year or two and the RMA process was awful, slow, hard work and warranties with small print.
With ETB, it's the complete opposite, the 3 year warranty is solid, and better than any 'as new' retailer / manufacture. They will go the extra mile to fix any issues with near immediate responses, in the rare couple of times we've had to call on them.
Special mention to our account manager, Connor, and Bobby on support, couldn't ask for more!

All right, but...
Well, I have to say that it is the only place where I found the exact RAM memory I was looking for, apart from another American website that did not ship to Spain. The communication with them is fluid and the product arrived as described and in perfect condition. But what I am not at all happy with is that, although I imagine that it is a matter of legislation, it does not seem halfway normal from the customer's point of view to buy a product without knowing the total costs of it, because once the purchase is made and the payment of the product plus shipping to another country is not cheap ..... You get a mail that there are customs costs that the customer has to pay, in this case me, and that in a product of 42 euros those customs costs are 34.64 euros seems to me a real robbery, we are talking about almost the same value as the product purchased and with the aggravating factor of not knowing these costs in advance, so you can decide whether to purchase that product or not. I repeat that I understand that maybe it is not the distributor's responsibility and it is a matter of legislation but I reiterate that it seems to me a real abuse to the consumer that such high costs can be caused once the product has been purchased and without knowing them in advance.

Thank you for your review, I'm pleased to hear we had the part you needed in stock and were able to get it shipped to you. We do have information on our website about the process for shipping orders internationally and we are always happy to provide personalised advice via phone, email or livechat.
In this case you would be liable to pay local VAT in Spain when they item arrived in the country and the courier charges a processing fee for bringing the parcel through customs which is normally a % of the VAT value of the order. If you are purchasing for a business you can normally reclaim the VAT through your standard process.
Unfortunately we have no influence over these charges and I'm sorry if they were unexpected when you placed your order. We do ship regularly to Spain and I would encourage you to contact us again for any future requirements where we would be happy to provide specific details of the shipping and customs process.
