Popped into the garage at Exeter marsh Barton randomly as concerned ref coolant and oil levels , staff were so helpful and dealt with me straight away . Exceptional , kind service . Thank you

Visited Plymouth & received friendly, exceptional service. Had all tyres checked as I thought there was a wobble on offside rear.

Booked my car in for an MOT at the Wythall garage. I was advised it had failed due to tyre tread on 2 wheels being below allowable limits. I agreed to them being replaced. Was called back later and asked if I had the locked wheel nut required to remove the tyres, which I did not. The only way to complete the work to pass the MOT was for me to pay for a 3rd party, recommended by ETB Tyres, to come to the garage to remove them. This cost an additional £80. I was told this was a very good price compared to what I could have been charged. ETB Tyres openly admitted they do not have the basic equipment required to remove tyres unless supplied by the vehicle owner. I find this unacceptable and difficult to believe. I suspect I was mislead

Arrived at ETB (27th Dec.) at 7.50am after having a puncture the day before, checked the notice the day before, "normal opening"8am.
At 8.40 am 2 people arrived and I asked if it was possible to have a puncture mended as I had a 200 mile journey home and only the spacesaver tyre on.
The response was no, only one fitter can't help, abrupt, no advice as to anyone else local. Luckily a delivery driver to ETB was going to another tyre fitters MALVERN TYRES and I followed him, they went out of their way to help, did it straight away and excellent service. Obviously ETB season of goodwill ends on the 25th December.

ETB were brilliant fitting 3 new tyres at a competitive price a couple of weeks ago which I was delighted with.
Although I had reset the pressures on the car computer I had a notification come up.
So called in to ETB last Friday and talked to Nick & Victor and it was sorted immediately.
Brilliant " over and above " advice service....you need to go.

Only garage to accept around to actually book me in to get the work done additional parts were needed got them sorted that day great price and great lads down there I'd drive miles for technicians like that well done etb 💪

Ordered tyres from black circles for a mobile fit by a different company but the tyres that were despatched were incorrect and I was told it would be the following week to be rectified.

I got in touch with black circles and a pleasant chap called Blair managed to squeeze me into ETB Autocentre Witney a lot sooner where I was politely greeted and passed to a chap called Aiden, he was really friendly and very informative, pointing out where one of my tyres had picked up several nails/screws, unfortunately it couldn’t be puncture repaired due to placement of a nail, he then changed two tyres for me taking care in the process.

Really happy with my experience and will be returning in the near future for two more tyres.

Went to ETB in cheltenham for an MOT. Definitely wouldn't go back there, the staff are rude and as miserable as sin.

Went into ETB, Hylton Road Worcester branch, this morning for a MOT. Usual very good service provided by Russ.A pleasure to do business with this company.

Just to say called into Cheltenham ETB today what a great service from a well established firm quoted a great price for two new tyres and manage to order them in for the next day and fit - super well recommended

Excellent customer service. Went to the Launceston branch for a new tyre in the morning, didn't have it in stock but ordered it and it was fitted the same afternoon plus good price. Will definitely use them in the future

Pulled up without an appointment at the Caerphilly branch and they fitted four tyres from there vast stock in about 20 minutes. Very friendly staff, great prices. Couldn't fault the service.
