Gold standard customer service
ETC customer service is absolutely remarkable - Will in particular makes every effort to respond to queries quickly, effectively and politely. Delivery time is also tremendous - I live in N.I. and usually takes a day or two longer with most retailers, but ETC can achieve next day. I don't often leave reviews, unless remarkably good (or bad), but ETC are above and beyond most of the on-line retailers I've ever dealt with and truly deserve their 5 star rating. Highly recommended.
