Tried to purchase a pair of shoes on etniesshoesnz.com. At the payment page the transaction said it failed but my card was still charged and no shoes were ever sent. No email from Etnies. No response to my repeated complaints. Not even a courtesy email to say they'd received my messages. Feel like i've been robbed. Very frustrating. Do not use this service!

Bought two shirts and two pairs of shoes. The shoes were good but the shirts were tiny. I ordered M but they look more like S.
I have been trying to reach out to customer service for a month with no success. Avoid buying from them directly!

I ordered a pair of shoes in my size and for some reason when they arrived, they feel really tight. I have sent multiple emails and left voicemails (since there's no live person to talk to) to request an RMA so I can ship the shoes back and have not received a response yet.

There is no customer service. Very frustrating experience. I ordered a pair of shoes in the wrong size by mistake, and immediately tried to contact their customer service to switch my order to the correct size. Sent multiple emails without even an acknowledgment of their receipt. Called and left a voicemail to no response. Now it looks like the shoes have been shipped. Terrible experience. Do not bother wasting your time and precious money.

I've been trying to return a pair of shoes for over a week now but it's been possible to get in contact with their customer service to get an RMA number. Phone calls are directed straight to voicemail with no calls back and for emails have been unresponded to for 2 weeks.

I didn't even get as far as buying anything (thankfully). The website is shockingly bad. Filter by shoe size and get shoes that aren't in those sizes.... Genius!!!
Reduced prices higher than RRP..... Amazing!!!
If you want to pay with PayPal you can't put a discount code in..... Perfecto!!!

It is literally the worst shopping experience ever. They've sent me a fake a tracking code, they have never sent the shoes I've ordered (3 pairs!). I've spent 180£ and I'll probably never see the money back. I wish I saw the reviews before I've placed the order.

I ordered shoes for my granddaughter. Fed ex shipping says delivered, but provides no photo evidence. Told me to go back to the shipper. 22 weeks later no response to multiple emails and voice messages. Poor customer service. Do not order

Ordered a medium sized hoodie and they sent me a large with a medium label slapped over it, I've been trying to contact them I've even sent them pictures of proof and they've completely ignored me, never buying from Etnie's again I hope the company goes under

I purchased two pairs of shoes at the same time. When they shipped it said both will be in the package. I only received one pair. I've emailed 5 times now with no response. When you call their numbers listed, it rings then disconnects. Terrible company. Stole my money and will not return my requests for someone to contact me.

I wish I had seen the feedbacks before!
I have never met such a poor customer service, they created a label for a package that was never shipped, as a result I don't know if I will ever receive my package and if my shoes will fit, reading the feedbacks I am seeing here it makes me worry about it!
Luckily I bought via Paypal so I will open a claim to get my money back!
Buy elsewhere, it's better!

I bought directly from Etnies online which was a mistake. These trainers are not true to size, they are way too small, and as other reviewers have pointed out, it is the customer's cost to return them.......to Holland!! which cost me £14. So basically it cost me £14 to try on a pair of shoes which were too small. Also, they dont include returns labels so you have to request one and print it out. I dont have a printer. There are just too many hoops to jump through here which shows that customer care is low priority, when every other similar company has made their customer services much easier. Crap!

Reached out to customer service, the website says I need to for a return form, and they said 'just send the product back to the warehouse the form system isn't working right now'. On top of that I have to pay shipping to get the product back to Holland!

Crazy for a multi-national company - just buy from third-party retailers like Zalando.

I purchased online and they sent the wrong size. The were helpful in my sending the shoes back, then ignored me completely (3 emails, 3 voicemails) with no exchange or refund. They stole my money. There are dozens of reviews with the same experience. I never leave negative reviews, but I've never experienced such crooked customer service.

The trainers I ordered were too small and despite numerous emails to request a returns form (stupid system) I haven't received one. I can never get through on the phone either. Money wasted! Very disappointed.

The soles have completely worn out on the heal in less than a year! Sort it out Etnies, you used to be awesome!!!

If I haven't heard of a company before I'll check out some reviews, but I just expected ordering from etnies.com would be fine. Wong.

Like others have said they ship from the Netherlands, which costs you a fiver, and then if you need to return anything you have to pay £10 return postage.

Absolute joke.

How can a company this large justify no free returns?

They're a similar company with a similar reputation to the likes of DC shoes, whose returns are free of charge, as they rightly should be. They're based in another country so to think it's OK to make customers pay to return a pair of shoes is absolute ridiculous. Especially when the reason I need to return them is because their "size 12" shoes are about an inch and a half too big.

Absolutely disgusting, I expect better from such a reputable name. I for one will never be buying anything from them again.

I bought a pair of gents online in a sale and paid £38.99 which I thought was great as retail price was £55. But had to pay £4.49 for delivery. Unfortunately they did not fit despite having similar etnnies the same size. Then to my horror had to pay £15.93 to return them. Net result is when I have returned my £38.99 shoes it will have cost me for delivery and return £20.42 leaving me with total sum of £17.57. Unless your sure don't buy from Etnies in Netherlands it costs a fortune for delivery and return better to do without or go elsewhere.
