This is a uk website but the item comes from holland, ok unless you need to return something. Cost me £7 by the cheapest way possible to return a tshirt. I have owned etnies clothing before and they’ve always been good quality but this t-shirt was made of such thin material that it was pretty much see through. They asked me to write a review of the t-shirt on their website so i gave it one star. They said they would look at the review before publishing. Needless to say the negative review has not been posted.

Ordered the same shoe in two different sizes to make sure I would get a pair that fit. I've been trying to get a hold of customer service for over a week because the only was to return things is to request a return form from them. I've sent three emails and left a message on the phone number line with out receiving a response. I'm going to miss the return window of 30 days because no one will get back to me. Worst experience I've ever had with any customer service.

I bought shoes from etnies, after more than two months there was a hole in the shoes, I only used them at work and I only clean offices. Thought this might be a single incident. I bought a second pair from another seller ... same heel hole and huge print. I wanted to return, the seller asked a lot of stupid questions because I shipped in a box from the first seller. The seller sent the shoes to etnies, the seller does not write back, etnies advises to contact the seller. One big disappointment, no shoes and no money. No more etnies.

I bought three pairs of shoes and all of them are too small. I emailed the customer service team the day I recieved them to return them and I hadn't recieved a response in a month. I emailed them two more times and still haven't had a response. I checked my inbox and junk mail nothing. I have tried calling them multiple times and nothing. I will never buy from them again I wasted over $100 dollar for shoes don't even fit.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Like many other reviews on here, my experience was very similar. They dress the site up as a UK site, when it’s actually based in Holland.

When the item arrives and looks nothing like the pictures, you email to arrange a return, to find out that you have to arrange international shipping @ £10 plus to return the item.

Just don’t bother. I will never buy another Etnies product again. Customer service seems non existent.

Bought a pair of etnies in a 7.5 for my other half as the full sizes in the schuh shop were too big or too small. When they arrived, I had recieved a size 10.5. When emailed to return they told me I had to pay my own postage to an OVERSEAS address even though it was their fault. Absolutely disgusted is an understatement.

Bought shoes online but they are slightly too big (even though every other size 5 fits me). Have to pay return shipping fees and another set of shipping fees to post out a smaller size. Whilst I love the trainers, I won't buy online again. That's not how you should run an online clothing brand in my opinion,

I had ordered 2 pairs of shoes to see which size would fit me best. I was happy so far until i found out that I have to return the shoes that don’t fit to an address in The Netherlands. I did not buy the shoes on a Dutch website! If you trade in the UK and the customers have to pay for returns, the return address should be in the UK!! I’m very disappointed.

Worn a brand new pair of the new RAP CT shoe for less than 2 weeks and their falling apart. Disgusting for a pair of £55 shoes which are pretty basic. Angry considering I have spent £1,000s on Etnies shoes for the past 15 years. 2 WEEKS! The one image doesn't show half of it.
