I recently purchased a pair of LT 01 Premium Nappa White and have been thoroughly impressed by the overall craftsmanship. The leather feels exceptionally premium, and the clean, minimalist aesthetic makes them incredibly versatile for both casual and smart-casual outfits.
The ordering process on their website was straightforward, and the delivery arrived promptly and securely packaged.
My only minor note for prospective buyers is that the leather is quite structured initially, meaning they do require a brief break-in period of a few days to soften up around the heel. Once they molded to my feet, however, they became incredibly comfortable. Overall, these sneakers are a fantastic investment piece that holds up beautifully over time. Highly recommended!

No customer orientation
I ordered two pairs of shoes, and they were delivered while I was on vacation (my neighbor accepted the package), so I missed the return period (14 days) for the pair that was too small. Unfortunately, customer service is insisting on the 14-day deadline and won’t let me return the shoes, which are too small—I can’t do anything with them now; they even rejected my offer to cover the return shipping costs myself.
From my perspective, this isn’t a good way to treat customers; I actually wanted to order two more pairs of shoes, but of course I won’t be doing that now. Kind of disappointing

We're sorry this didn't work out. Our 14-day return window exists because it's the only way we can manage returns reliably without compromising on quality control or shipping costs. If we make exceptions, we can't apply the same standard to everyone, and that's not fair to anyone.

Ugly fabric stains after washing.
I bought a buttonless off white polo shirt. I only wore it twice. I washed it by hand only and followed the care instructions closely. After drying it developed ugly brown spots on one of the sleeves. I contacted the customer support.
„ This kind of reaction is not something we have seen before with this item, and it is not something that should occur from the fabric itself when the care instructions are followed correctly.
Because of this, we’re unfortunately not able to treat this as a quality issue and we cannot offer a refund or replacement in this case.“
Just because they haven’t seen it before doesn’t mean it isn’t a quality issue. From a company selling on the higher end I expect at least some kind of refund. But nothing is just poor service.

Ordered shoes more than a month ago. The tracking number shows the shoes are yet to be delivered to fedex for delivery. I have tried to contact them multiple times via email and call with no success. Horrible customer service
There products are nice. But the customer service is horrible and when I mean horrible like horrible horrible I got sent the wrong item I told the customer service they offered me an exchange I accepted it. Then for the first three days they didn’t even send me the label to return my item. After continuously asking they sent it to me and then it arrived in the warehouse I sent the proof and then customer service says you’re refund willl arrive in three days? Where is the exchange a whole week of waiting for an exchange just to be left with this answer horrible horrible and now they are ignoring me. If you order from here don’t order a lot just order one by one or else you’ll have difficulties.

Very poor quality and even worse…
Very poor quality and even worse customer service.
I wore these shoes only five times before the white/transparent sole turned into a dirty yellow. This is clearly a product defect. When I contacted customer support shortly after the warranty had expired, they acknowledged that this issue had been addressed in the newer version of the shoe. Despite effectively admitting the defect, they refused to offer any goodwill gesture, no replacement, no discount, and no meaningful support.
The response from the customer service team was not supportive, bad faith and dismissive. Considering the premium price of these shoes, I expected much better quality and customer care.
As a result, I have decided to file a complaint with the Dutch consumer protection authorities and sending a legal notice to the relevant court in Netherlands . I cannot recommend this brand to anyone based on both the product quality and the way they treat their customers.
