Very poor quality and even worse customer service.

I wore these shoes only five times before the white/transparent sole turned into a dirty yellow. This is clearly a product defect. When I contacted customer support shortly after the warranty had expired, they acknowledged that this issue had been addressed in the newer version of the shoe. Despite effectively admitting the defect, they refused to offer any goodwill gesture, no replacement, no discount, and no meaningful support.

The response from the customer service team was not supportive, bad faith and dismissive. Considering the premium price of these shoes, I expected much better quality and customer care.

As a result, I have decided to file a complaint with the Dutch consumer protection authorities and sending a legal notice to the relevant court in Netherlands . I cannot recommend this brand to anyone based on both the product quality and the way they treat their customers.

After mutipile change, finally the good size. Products are really good. Logistics good be bit more sharp. I received the box with 45 but the shoe was 47. Nothing to do with the quality. This is perfect!

I placed an order on June 9th and provided the correct address details. Somehow, the address was changed by them, and the package was delivered to the wrong address. No one has the package, and no one seems to know how to resolve the issue.

The company’s phone number does not work, so the only way to contact them is through WhatsApp or email. A “file” was supposedly created, but when I followed up 9 days later, I was simply sent the same form again. Since then, there has been no communication at all, no updates, no response, no refund, and no emails.

This order was worth around €900, and I still have not received my items or my money back. Be very careful when dealing with this company.

ETQ delivers a level of craftsmanship that genuinely stands out in today’s sneaker market. The moment you step into their shoes, the quality is unmistakable — the leather, the finish, the construction — everything feels top‑grade. The interior is unbelievably smooth, it feels like haven your foot in super smoooth soft siden, creating that “walking on clouds” sensation you rarely get from these kindd of shoes.

I expected them to run hot in warmer weather, especially above 20°C, but the air‑canal sole design completely surprised me. The airflow canals and subtle pump function actually work, keeping the shoes breathable even on sunny days. And yes — it makes a real difference, especially considering we’re talking about suede leather shoes.

Customer service has also been exceptional — responsive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure you’re satisfied.

If there’s one thing I wish ETQ would add, it’s half sizes. The fit is close to perfect, but tightening the laces enough for a precise lockdown can slightly deform the leather. Going down a full size would be too small, so a half‑step option would make the experience flawless. with other words, size 43. Might feel to big. size EU 42,5 would put all other brands in the premium sortiment, one star below the levels of ETQ. And the chart would need to be updated with 6 stars.

Overall, ETQ is, in my opinion, the best shoe brand on the market right now — a rare blend of super‑clean design, comfort, and air flow engineering that feels on another level if compared to any other brand. I'll do another review in 6 months. To give a more build quality review.

I am very satisfied with my ETQ shoes.

The leather is soft, the craftsmanship is excellent, and the comfort is outstanding from the very first wear. I particularly appreciate the quality of the nappa leather, as well as the brand’s clean and timeless design.

First of all, it started with next day delivery, great surprise. Bought the LS 01 in Suede Cement Grey - true to size. Very nice look, the sole is pretty high and makes you taller, it’s comfortable, and the cement grey is very bright, close to white, which is what I was looking for. Wore them almost every day for the past 3 weeks and only good things to say. Not the ideal shoe to walk in the rain with, must waterproof them to protect from staining.

Great high quality Chelsea boots. Fits perfectly and extremely comfortable.

Clicked on a instagram ad, browsed the site, loved the collection, ordered my first pair of sneakers, arrived within 1 week. All amazing. After 3 weeks of wearing the sneakers all day, I just figured I needed to have another model.. to try... Now I own 3.

I had to return some shoes as they didn’t fit. My return package is stranded in Germany, as we speak, for the second week running.
ETQ has very kindly refunded the amount back to me before the package has even arrived at their stock.

For me the shoes I bought are the best I have ever had.. all my friends made me compliments. I have bought the Ds 03 all chocolate. They are comfortable and very elegant. I guess everybody loves them when wearing!

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience.

I received the shoes in mid-March, and after only 6–7 weeks of normal use, they were already damaged and falling apart. For shoes in this price range, I expected significantly better quality and durability. I have never experienced anything like this with other brands.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer support. I contacted customer service regarding the issue but never received a response. No assistance, no explanation, and no effort to resolve the problem.

When a brand charges premium prices, customers should be able to expect both quality products and reliable after-sales service. In my case, I received neither.

Based on the poor durability of the shoes and the non-existent customer service, I cannot recommend this brand. If quality, warranty support, and customer care are important to you, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

I usually never submit ratings on trust pilot but with ETQ I would like to make an exemption. I had to returns due to sizes and the local carrier lost the packages. When I contacted ETQ, they took the risk of the packages without questioning anything and they even send me the right size without receiving the returns first. Perfect costumer handling and experience. I would highly recommend ETQ. Not only due to good customer service but the quality and style of their clothing and shoes are next level. Highly recommendable!

The website is premium like the products. Delivery is always fast and efficient, even to the UK.
I have bought from ETQ a few times and have never even been slightly disappointed.

I ordered shoes and when I canceled the order I wrote the support because of a refund. The support didnt ask for a order number or my name. They just told me without checking after a minute that my order is about to be shipped and cant be canceled. When you follow the shipping, you can see it arrived over a week ago back at their facility.

HORRIBLE company

Great product quality combined with amazing customer service is a recipe for succes. Will never wear any other shoebrand other than ETQ
