Contacted them last year regards getting charged erratically we were charged correctly the first month, when we upgraded our service in June last year, no payments july or August then four payments at our old rate in october., they said they would sort it. We received one correct invoice in november then nothing december and january. Received no fewer than three invoices to be paid in Feb, I rang them and was promised it was now sorted. Guess what, so far I have two invoices for Feb again, plus they have not refunded the two invoices for Feb they promised. Awful service, I am seriously thinking of cancelling and I would suggest potential customers look seriously elsewhere if they can.

£520 for something that does not work. They won't reply to my emails nor give me my money back despite making a request under their 14 day money back guarantee. This is just another scam and a way of ripping people off...so unhappy with this bunch of liers.

The installer was OK, although very quick to get out of the door once set up. It works OK, occasionally. However, for £50 a month, the speeds advertised do not exist. Whilst we can occasionally browse the internet at OK speeds - forget streaming movies from something like Apple TV. It just doesn't work and normal browsing frequently goes down. I would only purchase satellite broadband unless you are rural and don't have any other options. It's really quite poor and slow. It is a shame as we had high hopes!

We have been installers for them for a couple of years and they have conned us out of hundreds of pounds worth of commissions by introducing a stealthy 60 day limit to us making the claim and invoicing them

Their customer service is very poor to the point that 50% of their customers (that we introduced) cancelled last year to go with another company !
