We have just purchased a new car from this company at Rotherham. As a customer we came away very happy, the treatment we received could not have been better. One that did stand out was our sales representative Tim, he could not have done a better job for the company, any questions he was there to find the answer. My wife and I were highly delighted with the service we received. Thank you.

Must say I changed my dealers car not drugs😂 due to not being satisfied. I went into BYD at Rotherham The staff were very welcoming and approachable Patrick was the salesman who listened to exactly what I was looking for he showed me a number of vehicles and we had test drive in one which we decided against no pressure at all back to the drawing board we went and found one that was ideal.Patrick was extremely professional in sorting everything out for us which I appreciated we chatted and literally became friends he is a star 🌟 BYD are lucky to have such a pleasant professional person who is dedicated to his job which you can tell he enjoys .Also met the manager Lee who was very helpful and professional I witnessed staff interacting with Lee and could tell they are all a team and happy that must come from Lee the manager Good manager makes Happy Staff well done Lee 👍👍👍👍

Excellent customer service. Found a car at short-notice, Patryk was extremely helpful from my first enquiry phone call and did anything that he could to help me out as I live 140miles away from the dealership. Test drove the car at my own leisure, as long as I required was no bother. In regards to the admin he talked everything through in detail, answered any questions I had clearly and simply. Very chatty customer service, did not feel like the usual 'dull admin' session and the 3 hours total actually flew by. Once leaving the dealership with paperwork in the works Patryk was open to phone calls for updates, and kept timely updates via email so I knew excatly where the process was at all times. After viewing the car on Saturday, officially signing paperwork on Monday, the car was delivered Thursday, quite fast for a distance sale. Well earned commission on this sale!

Great service and very customer focussed. Dan talked me through every step and updated me when needed. I would definitely recommend.

Picking up my new car this week, couldn't have asked a better experience, from ordering, regular communication with up to date with delivery dates, my part ex.

Please may I take this opportunity to thank Daniel Jankowski for all his help sorting out another car for my daughter after she was in a crash and lives over 200 miles away from the showroom.
He walked the both of us through all the stages and made what could have an awkward experience, very easy.
This is the 2nd time I have dealt with Daniel J and was pleased when he came over to deal with me.

Huge thanks to Lee (the manager) at BYD Rotherham who went above and beyond. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! He found me a reliable car that meets all of my needs and the compassion and support he showed me during the process were second to none. It’s rare to meet a manager so invested in their customers' wellbeing. He made a stressful situation feel supported and I felt listened to and in safe hands. Not once did he try to dismiss my worries and he answered all of my questions with care. Despite living a fair distance away, I would not hesitate to use BYD Rotherham again in the future and I've recommended them to family and friends already.

Bought used car from Aldwalk garage in Rotherham when I got it home realized driver door was not aligned properly contacted service took it back was advised needed to go to Leeds garage
Two days later Sharon booked it in arranged courtesy car three days later car was returned door perfect car all cleaned and polished wonderful service can’t thank you all enough 5 star rating easy

The service department is shocking. I got a van from them, and it took 6 weeks for a part that was on a 2-day order. 3 weeks later, I needed new brake pads, and the wheel studs were cross-threaded. Then, 9 weeks later, I needed a full service, and it looked like it had never been done. I was told it had been done before I picked it up.

Dan was really good, polite and helpful. I was happy to buy my car from him.

Dan was very good at his job, I saw the car i wanted on line then went to evans halshaw rotherham. Dan was the first person I saw, he listened to my enquiry and straight away he saw the vehicle I was interested in. There was a couple of issues that concerned me, Dan was straight onto my concerns and reasured me they would be put right, he did exactly what he said he would do, he spoke to me regarding different policy's guarantees etc , no hard sell which has put me off at other dealerships. He Put my mind at ease if things went wrong and to contact if things do go wrong . Would recommend Daniel Jankowski to family and colleagues.
