Sue Cooil and the team have done it again 🤩 after getting a call saying we could change our car if we wanted & they have found another Kuga we might like we went to to Evans Halshaw Rotherham to have a nosey, when we got there the car had unfortunately been sold - when you’re asked ‘if we can’t put you in another Kuga - what car would it be?’ I’d really really like a Ranger…. As if by magic Sue said Taadaaaa we have one that has just come in….a test drive later and after Jack working his magic with the numbers, It’s now sat on our driveway. Amazing experience and outstanding customer service.
I bought my Evoque in May and when I test drove it, I heard a very very slight noise. I thought it was from where it had been sat in the forecourt. When I got it home and driving more the noise got louder and worse. I rang Trevor who was so understanding and wanted to get this sorted ASAP he pointed me in the direction of the service team and spoke with James who couldn't of been more helpful. He arranged for my car to initially go into a Evans Halshaw near where I live rather than me having to drive over 100 miles to their garage. Unfortunately due to it being a Land Rover they recommended it was seen at a Land Rover garage. This was dealt with swiftly and efficiently by James and my car is now as good as new and I can enjoy my new (to me) car. Thank you guys so much :)

Avoid. would not recommend the service department/garage at Evans Halshaw Rotherham. When i had an issue with my car only 5 days after buying this, it was a week and a half of me chasing up updates and being told multiple stories by different staff members. This is not acceptable and i find it extremely rude when members of staff laugh at me down the phone just because i am a young female driver. They also mentioned a point that they were a "ford garage" and unsure on my repairs as my car is a Vauxhall. This does not fill me with confidence as they sell different car brands, not just Fords.
