Not informed the Peugeot garage had moved sites, when I turned up for MO T, so was informed where to go.
When I drove to new Peugeot garage, nobody around in reception. After a while was told I needed to go to the Citroen garage next door!
All this could have been avoided if I had been informed of where Peugeot had moved to, and exactly where I needed to take my car for MOT, when I booked it in on phone. Or by email.

I bought my BMW from Evans Halshaw on Saturday, 18th April, after visiting on a whim to see if the car would suit me. After spending a couple of hours with the salesperson, Will, I decided it was the right car for me. We agreed on a price, and I took it for a test drive. Initially, the car drove well, but once I got onto a dual carriageway, it felt slightly sluggish. As I had never driven an automatic before and was coming from a 2.3-litre car, I assumed this was something I would simply need to adjust to. The sales manager and Will also took the car on a separate drive and agreed.
However, after driving the car for a few hours, I began receiving repeated battery fault notifications both in the car and through the BMW app. I contacted Evans Halshaw on Monday, less than 48 hours after purchase, but was initially told they couldn’t inspect the car until Friday. After explaining that I urgently needed the issue resolved as I was going away for the weekend, they agreed to see the car on Wednesday. By 5pm that day, they confirmed it was a battery fault and they needed Sales to approve a battery replacement.
As It was just a simple battery fault I was told it would be complete for Friday tea time. i left the car with them for repair and planned to collect it on Friday. When I called on Friday for an update, I was told the replacement part had been ordered but had not yet arrived, and I was promised a callback within an hour. No one called back, and when I attempted to contact them again at 5pm, despite the dealership being open until 6pm, my calls went unanswered. I ended up taking the train as I couldn’t contact the dealership.
On Monday morning, I called again, only to be told that the battery had not actually been ordered because sales had not yet approved the replacement cost. I explained that I urgently needed the car back as I was travelling for work on Tuesday. Later that day, I was informed the car should be ready by teatime. However, when I arrived to collect it, the same error message was still present. I had no choice but to leave the car with them once more, and I was told they would investigate further on Tuesday.
Because I was travelling for work on Tuesday and still had no functioning vehicle, I was forced to arrange alternative transport. Eventually, I was informed that there was supposedly nothing wrong with the car and that the BMW app was simply unreliable, with the error message expected to disappear on its own.
When someone collected the car for me, it was returned in an unacceptable condition — filthy, covered in dust and tree sap. I had already paid for a full valet on the day of purchase because the dealership had not cleaned the vehicle before handing it over which I was accepting off given the price offered to me, and now I am forced to pay for it to be cleaned again despite barely being driven.
Overall, my experience with Evans Halshaw’s after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. Communication was poor throughout, promises were repeatedly broken, calls went unanswered, and I was left without a reliable vehicle despite purchasing it only days earlier. This situation has already cost me over £200 in travel expenses alone, not including valeting costs, and I am still dealing with the same unresolved app error. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Very warm welcoming attitude of service advisor Mr Jason and he kept me updated whole day, and also he finished the required jobs as well during same visit apart from usual service

I normally have my car collected and returned due to being in constant pain and needing regular meds which then sometimes I cannot drive! My appointment was for 10.50am, arrived early and after seeing several cars coming and going I decided to ask how long my car would be? Was told she would check but never returned, so had to alternate between sitting, standing and walking around in agony for a couple of hours!

Had my van for a full day when told would be an hour. Costing full day at work and giving me an 8 mile round trip walk.
And I have contacted Evans Halshaw customer services over a week a go and haven’t had a reply. Awful experience.

Far far too many cars on site. Parking ridiculous in the extreme.
Staff nice.
2.5 hours is not my idea of a ‘waiting’ appointment.
And I took my Nissan to a Kia dealer to service . I was sent to a Citroen service centre labelled Vauxhall. Very confusing

Having had a great experience purchasing a car here recently with Ivan, when our second car needed replacing (only 2 weeks after purchasing the first car!) it was a no brainer as to where we were going back to!
This time we were looked after by Jimmy, who again did an incredible job of looking after us.
We had arrived to look at a few specific cars which he showed us and was happy to arrange test drives. Due to an admin error, things got a little complicated and we then had to change our minds on the car we were purchasing.
Jimmy was incredibly accommodating and was happy to take the time to show us more cars and again test drive the one we wanted. He was patient, thorough and cheerful throughout the process and we were able to purchase the car and drive it home the same day.
Thanks also to Lem for looking after us and ensuring all the paperwork was in place.
I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

No curtesy car, although advised when taking out service plan this would be the case.
Did not repair nail in tyre which should have been included.
Communication confusing.
NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK AFTER RECEIVING THEIR RESPONSE BELOW AND PROVIDING THEM WITH FURTHER DETAILS.

I took my car for an air bag recall which should have took a morning .I took the car in on a Friday and was told they would ring me when it was ready to be picked up.I waited all day and had no contact from them to tell me it was ready. I tried calling on 2 numbers one just rang the other went on hold until they closed. The service department don't work over the weekend so I will be without my car for at least 3 days .I wouldn't recommend using here to get your air bag changed

Keep the thick set guy on reception he is a credit to you.
