We visited Evans Halshaw Ford Hull looking for my first car. Ashton helped us look at different fiestas without being pushy, he noticed we were looking heavily at a certain fiesta and brought us the keys to have a look inside. Eventually we decided to test drive and the process was smooth and fast.
Natalia completed the sale with us and was very professional and efficient. She gave us all the options for the additional extras.
Baring in mind it was Ashton's 2nd day he was amazing and we probably wouldn't have bought the car without his excellent help. And we would like to say thankyou to Natalia for making the buying process so easy for us.

I bought last week a Ford Focus ST X in Chrome Blue and very much enjoying this acquisition. It was bought online as I previously did with my last purchase at the Batley branch. So far so good no issues and the staff were very good even when I was annoyed, very calm and professional @ Nikolai Gourtchenkov. I would have given 4.5 as my rating as no one is perfect but the system does not allow this.

Mike was incredibly helpful to me. Would recommend.

Had my car in for its First service today and Mike collected and picked up my car for this .. i cant thank him enough he went above and beyond for me not only did it arrive back at 11.30am after being picked up just before 8.30am it came back to me like new had a full clean and valent and all the checks was passed with flying colours .

Recently purchased a car from Evans halshaw ford hull totally enjoyed the full experience of buying it from start to finish, The sales rep Natalia Strzebalaba was lovely from the beginning of me meeting her, I was made to feel very welcome and so relaxed,She answered every question I asked her, before I even started to ask about the car she asked me if I wanted a coffee or any refreshments.Natalia talked me through the sale of the car and said if there is anything Im not sure about,she will explain it in more detail if needed. I don’t think I could have met a nicer sales rep.

Purchased a second hand van from web site over £20000 ford approved over the phone thinking I would be safe and looked after being told full service history hpi clear . Three months later found out only part service history big repair bill and paint is peeling off the side from bad crash repair job . They lie and mislead you be careful . Now have received a generic apology that means nothing I paid a premium price for peace of mind and ended up with a lemon

would just like to thank Evan’s halshaw hull for all their help in resolving the issues surrounding my used car purchase.
I found a vehicle in the Falkirk branch of Evan’s halshaw and arranged with the hull dealership to have it shipped down to themselves.
Upon arrival it was apparent that there were a number of issues that need to be resolved,all of which should have been addressed at the Falkirk branch.

After some time Evan’s halshaw hull decided to make all repairs themselves and refund my delivery charge from Scotland,due to the delay.
I was surprised to find out that not all branches of Evan’s halshaw offer the same level of service.
i.e Falkirk ,they could learn a thing or two from the hull dealership,reguarding customer satisfaction and the quality of their used vehicles.

I wanted to sell my car, received a number of similar valuations and eventually chose Car Store. . Initially I dealt on line and received a competitive valuation and arranged to meet Steven Smith, at the in the Ford Dealership in Hull, This seemed to be a new service , offered by Evans Halshaw. Steven was very friendly and professional. He took some photographs of my car and after consulting with his colleagues, confirmed his offer , which was exactly the same as the online offer. I'm very pleased with all aspects of the process and would highly recommend Steven and Care Store , when you want to sell your car.

Would be zero stars if possible purchased a brand new ford transit custom not even 12 hours since registered and experiencing issues with the engine not starting dodgy side door handle and the dealership seem to be doing as little as possible to help fix this issue claiming I can’t be insured on a courtesy vehicle that it needs to be with them for 48 hours to determine if it’s a warranty issue the issues occurred less than 12 hours since having it !!! Ford assist are exactly the same useless this dealership is quick to take. £42000 sale but any issues after there no where to be seen I have requested they take the vehicle back and return my old vehicle as I am not dealing with a delearship that sells faulty brand new vehicles and do not help customers !!! I am within my 14 day cooling off period!!
